I got a 16 pc mix meal with 3 sides and 6 biscuits, and this is what's left. They were expensive, but it was good. Still juicy and NO, my biscuits weren't dry. Nor were they hard.

Got there and the mic didn’t work then they only had 1 chicken sandwich left when we wanted 3. I ended up getting the 5 pice tender meal spicy with a sweet tea my sister got the last chicken sandwich with a frozen strawberry lemonade. That’s what we ordered. We got 5 pice tender with no spice and my Mac and cheese is barely half full. Her frozen lemonade has a small dash of strawberry. Not to mention 3 of the 5 tenders are about the size of my thumb…

This has to be the worst store in the chain. Agin we love the sandwiches but can never get service. I sat in line at the drive through to only get to the speaker for them to say. We are closed now. Come back another day. The employees are rude.

Recently the new general manager and his crew has been perfecting the place and service very well. My Chicken has been hot and ready each time! So happy he has been able to turn that store around. I definitely recommend coming here for fresh food

Had to go inside as the outside menu board not working. I counted 6 employees. There was a customer at the counter waiting for his order, then my husband and myself, plus 2 more customers behind us. All the chicken was under the tanning lights. It took about 30 minutes total for us to place, take and walk out the door. No sense of urgency, no acknowledgment of customers as they walk in. I will find another location, this was so disappointing.

The new managers have made me feel so welcomed every time I have came by. I believe there is a new store manager and he is so respectful and caring. 10/10 recommend if you are in the mood for some hot chicken!!!!

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for someone to acknowledge me. I finally got to order and ordered a shrimp box because it's on the five dollar menu today to be told its discontinued even tho it's advertised on thier building, website, and app. AND
