Sonic Drive-in

I used to know someone who worked here 6 years ago. The management were always angry and would take it out on their employees. Sanitation wasn’t their main goal either, with heaps of grease on the floor. My friend would describe how no one would clean. I hope management has changed at this location. Otherwise unknowing people will purchase disgusting made food.

Been a while since ive been to sonic and went to this one for first time. Despite ordering 2 sandwiches and tater tots they charge .35 for water. Not bottled water but just plain old tap. Sometimes i get soda or limeade but was feeling dehydrated and felt just water may be better. Talk about a shock. I understand if not ordering food but normal tap water complementary for any place not named sonic.

The food is what you would expect from a fast food place. The reason for four stars is because when I stop in for a drink Jordan always comes rushing out with a great attitude and makes me feel valued as a customer. If the food was better it would definitely be five stars. There should be a tip option for card payments for sure.

The girl in the drive through window told me she had Covid and was not wearing a mask, was leaning out over the window and speaking to me. She was telling me she had horrible symptoms and just had her mask around her chin. I was extremely uncomfortable and she kept talking about how sick she was and throwing up constantly. She also didn’t tell me my total until I asked twice and just stared at us very uncomfortably. I do not trust the food now and just wasted $12. Will not be coming back. This sounds like a serious health code violation.

They started to take our order then midway stopped to help someone else, left their microphone on so we could hear everything. Then they wouldn’t let us place two orders(through drive through). After stating that one of us could get out of the car to place a second order, they continued to talk and not help the other person in our car. When we got to the window the girl stared at the driver trying to come up with some name instead of helping us then made comments such as “y’all can drive over to your friend over there” and “man he’s mean mugging pretty hardcore”. After finally getting our food, it was burnt and the drink tasted like watered down tea.

Always love me some Sonic- Onions rings, shakes and Limeaides and such, but this morning, on a roadtrip for a Dr visit, I was so disappointed in this Sad-Sad breakfast burrito... I usually get sausage, but decided to go for bacon. Biting and biting and wondering where the bacon was, I found it! In a tiny pile in the center of the burrito...totally just cried silently and went on my way home. At Least the Tater Tots were crisp n yummy, like always ;) Balance, I suppose, but if anyone making a burrito loves bacon like everyone else, they would not do this to their fellow man! Jus Sayin'........
