Jack In The Box

My ultimate bacon cheeseburger was good. I forgot that they put all the sauces on their burgers since it's been awhile since I had it but I scraped it off and added a little ketchup to it and it still tasted good. Their credit card machine was down so I did have to drive to the atm and then back to place my order which was a pain in the you know what but the curly fries definitely made up for that hassle I had to detour. Next time I will request the correct condiments on my burger and hopefully the machines there will be all back up and running and it'll be a perfect visit. I definitely will be going back to try some more of their food.

Wow. I cant believe I even have to write this. But I have never in my life had a worse chicken sandwich. I LOVE Jack in The Box chicken sandwiches. And this was literally inedible. I haven't spit food out of my mouth since I was 5 years old. I drove out of my way to come here specifically for it so I'm extra mad. But I have to actually throw this straight in the trash. I cant even chew it. It's worse than cardboard. This tastes like it's been sitting out for at least 3 days. I also got the "double" bacon cheeseburger, which for some reason had 3 meat patties stacked on top of each other with nothing in between and a thin layer of melted cheese sauce on the top. Severely disappointed and I have never had such a terrible experience at a Jack in the box in my life.

So it has been 4+ years since I enjoyed a 2 taco and fries set up from Jack in the Box and dang this place hit the nail on the freaking head. I miss that breakfast bad. So my wife enjoyed the old flavor so much she hit it up twice (with the kiddos) and enjoyed it twice as much as me. Move to the east coast already Jack!!!! Or at least to east TN. You are desperately needed. Call me for some franchise ideas and opportunities. We can make millions. 👌

I get everyone is short staffed, but at this point they been short staffed for a year now so why are there no policies in place to combat this shortage. If you close at 2 am, then why is the grill closed at 12 midnight. Mind you I'm in line at 12:07am. So you only offer fried food after midnight when there are burgers on the menu. That makes no sense. However if you know you gonna close your grill at midnight, then why not have a sign or something to let customers know this so they are not waiting in line 20 minutes to get to the order box, then wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru as there is only one way out. Make it make sense. Needless to say if you want jack n box on broadway I would go before night crew gets there.

Best Jack in the Box in town love their tiny tacos. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food place. They are quick and freindly. Very clean. Do breakfast all day. You get a full box of tiny tacos I had been so excited I devored half the box before it dawned on me to taco a picture. This way though you get a better veiw of the tacos the come with lettuce. they also have a value menu

This Jack in the box turned their drive thru lights out on us while we were in line. Didn't talk on the intercom, open the window, or answer the phone. Despite the sign in the window still saying they'll be open till 2am, it seems they just decided 12:13 is close enough. We saw you, and you could have at least talked to us since we were in line. Rude.
