Freddy's Frozen Custard And Steakburgers

The last Time I visited, Its been close to a year it seems, It took 20 minutes to get a single ice cream, they never called the number once it came out and they handed it to someone else as I was asking about it. I decided to not wait any longer, and asked for a refund. They could not figure out how to process a refund, and took another 10 minutes discussing how to process a refund. I contacted the company about it, and the promised some sort of compensation/Coupons to use to have them show Myself they can do better. OK I thought, sounds fair. They never followed through with their promises and lost myself and others trust, and confidence. I will not , and have not been there since. It sucks to see as they would be convenient to eat at. But they've lost customers because of this

Our family recently began eating a Freddie’s every Sunday several months ago. We really enjoy the burgers and fries! We do recommend you eat there if you haven’t. I have had issues with an order in the past and have dealt with the manager whom was very accommodating and customer service oriented. The last two Sunday’s the customer service at the drive through has been unprofessional and rude. A younger woman wearing a wig with red in it was there both Sundays whom had a demeaning disposition provoking a unsatisfactory experience. Simply put, she exudes a bad attitude. Today there was 4 (half masked) women working the drive thru, her being one of them. They were laughing and giggling and mimicking my daughter and I while keeping their backs to the window the entire time we waited for our order. When they did give us our order they did not say thank you or have a nice day or anything. Not one cracked a smile. We drove off feeling dismissed and questioned if we would even go back. I abhor terrible customer service. I hope management will look into and address the customer service issues because if this happens again to us we will no longer eat at Freddie’s anywhere.
