Dairy Queen (treat)

Dairy Queen is always a go to on hot summer days or if you need a snack to keep you going without eating to heavy of a meal. Classic soft serve is dished out from the classic dipped cone to the banana split and everything in between. My only complaint is the price as it can be steep, but for a once or twice a summer craving it can't be beat

We always stop at this DQ on our way back to Duluth after a stop at Gooseberry Falls. They have a parking lot, but if that is full, you can find street parking. Hot fudge Sunday, cherry sunday and chocolate and butter scotch dipped cones is our usual order. Orders taken at the outside 'burger/fry' window is very charming. Service was great and fast. There was a small crowd and they have a couple of tables for outdoor seating. Question: what's up with the reward notice for anyone whose report of theft leads to an arrest?

The chicken is INEDIBLE. The ice cream is good, & the service was mostly decent through ordering (with a side of not caring and a basic teenage attitude, but whatever). So I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I only ate the soggy bun with tomato and lettuce. I showed and told the teens working that the chicken is rubbery and stringy. I was barely able to bite into it. At this point they no longer cared. I lost out on money and lunch. Good thing the blizzard was tasty. The least they could've done was throw a hot dog or bag of chips my way.... Where is the management here?
