Wow, what an amazing experience! A drive through coffee ☕ shop. I'm Dutch.. so I had to try it out. When the wife n I were in Twin falls Idaho. The line if cars were justified because of the taste of the coffee choices. So if you see one, stop by and enjoy a cup of hot or cold coffee.

Been here several times. Customer service is consistently amazing! The energy is great. They don't get weird if you can't always tip. I always tip big when I can because they are so awesome and nice, and their drinks are really good too. Fast also. My favorite drive-through coffee place.

Quality of drinks have significantly decreased over the passed year. Definitely no longer my favorite coffee shop. The communication is decently good; some better than others. They make us sit in line when our drinks are sitting right there, everything takes so long.

I’m not from Twin but am here for business. We dont have Dutch Bros in Indy so I had to try it. WOW. Can I say these are the nicest people I’ve ever met? So friendly. Drinks amazing. I’ll be back every time I visit!!!

Very irritating experience. No one communicates.. We lost our spot in line (twice) because we were told to move. We gladly moved because the other customer had paid first before us. Then the girls said we drove up in the wrong spot. AFTER we were asked, by them, to move to the exact spot she told us too. We come to this location at least 3 times a week. They made us feel we were in the wrong. My mom (who is on oxygen) likes to get Dutch Bros after her appointments from the hospital. Maybe have some more training on communication and less on what type of music you are going to play.

I have yet to find a Dutch Bros that isn't awesome. It was Drink One for Dane that day so we had to make a detour on our road trip to the nearest DB. It was well worth the detour for the drinks, but the cherry on top is supporting the cause to end ALS.

Wonderful service, but why did the stop asking if I'd like to add a tip when I use my card? I never have cash so if they don't ask I sometimes forget.

Always a busy location but the staff seem very nice. Dutch Bros for me can be hit and miss when it comes to the drink as most places do but their coffee blended beverages hit the spot in the summer
