Had to re-state our order four times which explain why we had to wait in line for a half an hour in the drive-through. When we got there we got a chocolate shake so called that was vanilla with a bunch of chocolate syrup dumped at the bottom. Ask them to take it back they took it back and brought it with an explanation of how it actually was chocolate but didn’t redo it, then after driving away they got the chicken sandwich wrong and the cheeseburgers were rubber will never come to Twin Falls McDonald’s again!

We have been to this location several times when we've been through here. We've been disappointed every time. It has always been so slow. I really wouldn't suggest the curbside pickup either, because that is even slower. The food is fine, just as good as any other standard McDonald's.

I ordered a large coffee with my meal, as I pull up to the window I watched the lady pour coffee into the cup then she added hot water to it. Is this how they cut back and save on coffee? Is this why their coffee is inexpensive? Always wondered why their coffee has tasted watery these last few months.

Omg we were trapped in line for 25 minutes. By the time we reached the second window together our food, the fries were cold.
Not worth it again!! They didn't even apologize or exchanged our order for hot french fries

Did not get any of the fries with my order. I called and they had me drive back and gave me the missing fries. But that was about 25 minutes extra worth of drive and wait time. However, they did not give me a hard time and were very nice and professional about the issue. I would recommend this McDonald's. Just check you order before you drive away.

We go to McDonald's about 2 times a month their coupons are awesome if you have the app make sure you use them makes lunch a great value

Mc Donald's has the smallest meals, the food tastes nasty, and all of this could be corrected if they had better food cooking and handling policies. And I love the prices but the food is just not good enough.
