Chick-fil-a

I stop at Chick-fil-a on Blue Lakes in Twin Falls sometimes when I'm working. I travel from Boise and usually get lunch from there. Today, 11-25-2020 I stopped in for lunch but was a little early. They were still serving breakfast. So I ordered a Chicken Biscuit Meal. Walked in. Waited a little bit. Got my order. Got on the interstate and pulled my sandwich out of the bag and opened it. Whoa. Disappointment. It was not a chicken sandwich. It was an egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit sandwich. The girl working there grabbed the wrong sandwich. No big deal. If their breakfast food is as good as their chicken sandwiches then great. Wasn't to be. The whole combination wasn't very tasty. The eggs were bland. The cheese tasted very processed and the bacon bits were lacking. The biscuit disintegrated into a million pieces. Others might like it but not me. Lesson learned. From this point forward I will open and check my order before leaving the store. Better yet I'll just stick to their lunch menus.

I'm currently experiencing the effects of eating 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, which involves an extended visit to the bathroom and some rather unpleasant abdominal pain. Just to be clear, I greatly enjoyed the sandwiches as well as the nice young man who sold them to me. However, I just felt like sharing an important piece of information with any other diners. Gluttony, as the good book says, is a sin.
