Rounders

Very unprofessional. The staff is not very nice and way to strict for being known as a freshman bar. I went as a 21 year old for my bday and they tried to take my actual id but I had to go so far as to get the cops involved to get it back. Would not recommend there are better bars such as druid social or rhythm. Will not be going back until they restructure their staff.

I used to really love this place but I wont be coming back. Tonights experiance was horrible. My husband and I arrived around 12:45AM and when we went to pay they charged my husband $10 and normally its $5 for over 21 to get in. I watched the security guard split the bill in half and pocket half for himself and I should have said something but I was giving the benifit of the doubt. So careful with your transactions there. We got in and saw a huge line so we immediately decided not to stay so I ran and used the restroom and at 12:55 we asked for a refund. Also, the ladies room had no toilet paper... Anywho the security guards refused to give us a refund because we had been in there to long and "partied". The only reason we were in there for 10 mins was because there was no toilet paper and I had to improvise. We were very kind, understanding, and courteous. We just want our $30 back because of everything that went wrong. I mean seriously, we were there for less than 15 mins. So, watch transactions because they will overcharge, check for toilet paper in the restrooms, check the line inside and outside before you go in, dont expect a refund, and watch out for bad security guards. If you see security guard pocketing money speak up, because I didn't.

I used to have a great time here. DO NOT COME HERE. Let me explain what occurred to me around November 5. I had a few drinks in me. A young man was near me and had touched, and proceeded to pass 4 dollars directly in front of me. Let me emphasize: I have NO desire to take a measly 4 DOLLARS from a bartender. However, since the guy had touched me and passed it right in front of me, I believed the cash was intended for me, so I picked it up. I didn’t want it really, so I gave it to my (now ex) boyfriend. Shortly after, a bouncer took me out of the boom boom room. I was thoroughly confused, and distraught. I explained what had happened and the bouncer refused to listen. Then the manager, an older woman with short hair cane up and said if the 4 dollars wasn’t returned I’d be arrested. I explained to her what happened and she didn’t care. I told her to follow me to my boyfriend at the time so he could return the 4 DOLLARS. She demanded to photograph me and have me arrested. Of course, he gave the money back immediately and they allowed me back into the bar to enjoy my night, informing me of NOTHING. Fast forward to today. I just returned to Alabama and wanted to have a night out before class started. I show up with him, the bouncers let me in, and I begin talking to an employee with my friend about the Pats loss to the Titans. Out of NOWHERE another bouncer shows up, informs me I was banned (I was never told this previously) and I am now trespassing. My friend and I are both astonished, but I immediately leave and begin talking casually with the Tuscaloosa police outside the car with my friend about how insane this was. Mind you, there were only FOUR PEOPLE including us in the bar. Rounders hilariously closed EARLY on a SATURDAY NIGHT and everyone is at Innisfree having a great time. I went there instead. Moral of the story: if you want to deal with a crazy manager and terrible service at an expensive price, come on in! Otherwise, seek a fun night out elsewhere. If the owner/manager of this establishment would like to contact me and reach some sort of agreement regarding this matter, I’d be more than happy to obliged. I have no desire to “steal” 4 dollars in cash from a bar. In fact, the management lied and stared to employees that I stole the cash from a top jar, when in reality it was placed directly In front of me at the counter. Otherwise, my friend at I will continue to bring our business to other bars nearby such as Innisfree and Rhythm and Brews.

Awful experience. Bartenders are sooo beyond rude and old. As above 21 got kicked out by security because a bartender thought I was not going to tip when that was never going to happen. (I have bartended before and know how it is) was standing in line for a drink for 20 minutes and got called out by the bartender by her saying “I’m not going to serve you because you don’t look like your going to tip me” and then got Escorted out by the security. Never going back there in my life. Do not suggest going there. No hospitality. Horrible. Rounders if you read this GET NEW BAR TENDERS !!!!

Probably generally a cool place, on this day they were pretty empty, music blasting, and charging $5 per person at the door for a day party.. it was 7p.. bartender seemed disinterested.. I left promptly and asked for my money back only to be met with jeers from the "bouncer".. will most likely never return
