Exquisite cuisine! Compliments to the chef and staff always top notch service. Very well worth the prices! Delicious signature cocktails and fresh seafood and vegetables. Stuffed shrimp is a must have!!! �

Went out on a Monday night to catch up with some friends. The host sat us quickly and was polite. Our server (John, who should get a raise) came by and introduced himself quickly and said he would be with us shortly. He did take a few minutes to get to us but he was obviously busy and we didn’t mind because he showed up just as we were ready to order. He answered some quick questions and got out order and our appetizer and drinks were out quick and were fabulous. Dinner came just as we finished our cocktails we all shared three items that were all excellent (grouper Parmesan crusted, the chicken penne, and a rainbow roll. Between that and the appetizer it was almost too much but it was all delicious. I gave him a budget and asked him to pick a desert wine. He brought me a taste and nailed it on the first try without breaking the budget or trying to outsell our budget. We moved outside and enjoyed the rest of our evening chatting away.
You always expect great food from chucks and they always deliver. But this time the service was especially good. Shoutout to John, who deserves a raise.
It was delicious, our server was excellent! The best Long Island drinks I've had in the state of Alabama so far!! We enjoyed the chicken spring rolls for an appetizer, my companion enjoyed the aged 16 oz Ribeye with mashed potatoes and hoppin jack style black eyed peas... I enjoyed the crunchy shrimp rolls and the surf and turf rolls...excellent!! White Chocolate Bread pudding with Ice cream for the win...Everything was delicious! 1st time dining here but certainly not the last...
Brussels sprouts were out of this world. Sushi was excellent. We had 3 different sushi rolls. My entree was grouper. It was just ok blood line left the fishy taste and I would not get it again. The service was awesome.
Came in for the first time as new transplants to the area, looking for a bit nicer spot for a date night. I had a filet, wife had salmon. Absolutely fantastic flavors and cooked perfectly. The side options were perfectly paired as well. We trusted the menu and didn't make any adjustments.
Our server, Ava (Eva?), was diligent, attentive and a sweetheart. She had a wealth of info on drink options, the nights specials and what she thought we'd like based on our questions. We'll be back and with more people in our party. Excellently done Chuck's Fish, thank you!

Food was great. Service was fast and super helpful (chatty and friendly but not too much so). I had the Chuck salad and I LOVELOVE a great salad and this was one if my top favorites ever. Others had the pizza and they were yummy. They are big so we had a lot for the doggie box. We had the steak and it was very good (served with risotto and tasty broccoli). We also tried the uptown shrimp, the smoked tuna and gumbo. Even though the gumbo had fish, it was really good as were the other apps. The app portions were smaller than in the past but I think that may just be a cause of the current economy. They were slightly larger previously. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is clean and modern. We were very casual yet saw dressy and casual equally.
Great service! Wonderful food and drinks. Had sushi and spring rolls. Husband had fish and risotto. Drinks were amazing and the bread pudding was out of this world. Cant wait to go back.
My first time dining here and I was impressed with my dish and sampled entrees from two others in my group. No doubt, the quality of the food demanded five stars but I had to wait a little too long for it.
