Hardee's

I mean it's so hard to put into words exactly my experience. I've never hand an issue at this location. The employees are always in a good mood and willing to help. The store and the bathroom areas stay clean. The food itself is wonderful no mater what I order. I do wish to see more options open in the 5$ boxes and bring back the two burger 5$ box. Other than that I love eating at this location.

September 12, 2019: Exceptionally good service - the woman who took my order and payment was very friendly and ask how I was doing. The man who gave me my order was pleasant and cautioned me that the food was excessively hot. These two exhibited especially good interpersonal skills with their customer service and went beyond requirements. The food was good, too. I appreciate my service at this Hardee’s every time that I visit their restaurant! Tonight, February 3, 2021, I used the drive-thru and noted again the good service. The lady who took my order and who was my cashier, had the manners of an angel. She made me happy to be there! And, the gentleman who brought my order to the car, was likewise mannerly. He apologized for the wait, thanked me, and asked me to come back to Hardee’s again. Excellent service! Way to go Verona Hardee’s!
