I ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese. I ordered a Coke zero. 15 minutes later I was still waiting on my order. I matched the magic red button three times and they did not answer. I finally hailed down another server. When they finally brought the order five minutes later, it was the wrong order. I will not be back. This is the second time they have done this in the last month.

I ordered my usual combo. The burger that comes with bacon had no bacon. I verified on my receipt I paid for a bacon burger. But after waiting 20 minutes for my food after ordering it and not having eaten the entire day I decided to deal with the issue. Maybe it's just the night crew. Never been during the day.

Dude this is literally the slowest sonic I have ever been to. You gonna be waiting 45 minutes+ on simple orders.

While the food is atleast good, I can't remember the last time I ordered and it was correct. It's always either forgetting sauces or I don't get the side i choose. I could order tots, i'll get motzerella sticks. I'll order fries, I get tots. Just never ending.

I ordered a simple order and it took about 20 -30 mins while they weren’t busy. Then they didn’t give us something and we asked for what we didn’t get and they took about another 30 mins. I called back and the took it to the wrong stall.

They brought us someone else’s order twice. It took a very long time to get our actual order, and there were still mistakes in what we got (wrong sizes). Food tasted good, but poor service and bad organization.
