There's something odd about this subway. Several times I've pulled up to try to get a sandwich only to be met with a stressed out employee standing outside a locked building in the middle of the day telling me they're going to be closed for another 10 to 20 minutes. Today I just walked into a line of customers quietly waiting without an employee in sight. I eventually left after several minutes of waiting. The employees have always been super friendly but the place is obviously severely mismanaged.

This particular location has constantly horrible customer service. I tried to order a sandwich but since I was clearly keeping the worker from smoking a trashy cigarette she was slamming my bread around and slopping the requested toppings on it, sighing heavily all over my food in clear diseasure with having to do the job she was hired to do. I walked out, did NOT purchase any food and I WILL be sure to spread the word and I will also be contacting the Subway Corporate offices to report this location. This situation marks the fifth time I have been treated rudely and my food handled poorly at THIS location. They have permanently lost my business and damaged The Subway Brand in my personal opinion. I certainly won't be recommending Subway to anyone in the near future.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible horrible customer service the amount of disrespect you get when you walk in to that restaurant ,you are met with a lady who does not want to work and just wants to get the day over with. Yells at customers walking and tells them to get out. She does not follow store policy by performing proper hygiene very dirty place. Very very poor subway whoever hired this worker should definitely fire her.Please steer clear of this restaurant.

The experience at this store is below disappointing and even marginally acceptable. It felt like both employees were on their first days. Their customer service was lackluster and apathetic. At one point I wanted to get behind the counter and make my own sandwich because they seemed inept at it.
I wanted to get points but neither employee knew how to use the device for scanning. When they finally figured it out I had only wanted to use it for points and not payment because I needed to use a business card. They ended up charging my personal account anyway. The male employee who seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else in this world but at work put his head against the wall and tried to sleep after cashing me out.
The store is not clean. There are no napkins any where. The soda machine leaks water heavily into your cup when you try to get any soda which is gross. It also leaks and sprays onto your clothes and the floor.
I am amazed at how gross and dysfunctional this store is. The franchiser or manager should be more aware. If I were either I would be furious at what I just saw.

Horrible customer service, very slow and the woman making sandwiches was rude to the elders inside(ignoring them or telling them to speak up). Not a good example for my son to see. They didnt have the meats we needed. Im more than certain the lady is high right now. Literally high because she moved very slow and would even pause for a long time until you caught her attention. I watched someone give her a $10 for their $8 meal and she gave them 9 and some change back. Its currently 350pm Wednesday the 11th of March

This Subway is really not on par with the other Subway restaurants that I have visited. They had one lone employee trying to help several customers. He looked stressed as he tried to get all of the sandwiches made. There is another Subway sandwich shop nearly with much better service.

Subway on 81st and Lewis.
The employee acted annoyed as soon as I walked in the store. She got up from the table, walking to the back, and slammed the door to the kitchen. She again seemed annoyed when I told her I needed two subs. I asked for steak and she said in a rude manner that she was all out. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience from the start. I will not be visiting this location again.

Waiting in a fairly short line for 20+ minutes they need to be prepared to take care of customers. The line has gotten quite long and they are obviously seriously understaffed with only 1 employee. It has been like this at the last 3 subways we have gone to at different locations in recent weeks.
