The servers was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, great music, but an older gentleman had to leave because the was really loud.

I went during a lunch rush. Only waited five min. When it was my turn everything was replaced fresh from rice to choice of protein vegetables etc

Chipotle is always fast and delicious! The drink counter can be quite a mess late in the lunch rush, but that is usually the case anywhere.

The servers behind the serving counter hardly communicated. They were efficient and served the food quickly.
I had to go back to get chips with queso. I had no way of knowing where to ask for it. They didn't offer fountain drinks and I didn't catch that. After I had paid I asked about them and the cashier just gave me the cups without charging for the drinks.

I come here for the food. The service is always rushed, and not friendly. The restaurant is always unkempt. Tables you usually have to bus yourself. Again, I state I come here for the fresh ingredients. I usually take the food to go.

I definitely commend the staff here for being patient with us. We came here after a wrestling competition and our whole team walked in to order (around 20 kids). They served all of us quickly and the food was great. My burrito tasted amazing and was loaded. This location is great!

Food is consistent and the cooks can be generous with their portions. However their pick up system has failed a couple of times. Either missing a piece of my order or the entire order.

If you are thinking of lunch come a little early or late. 12-1230 is a mad rush and line backed around lobby. Also forget sitting inside during this time because the music plus everyone shouting over each other to be heard makes conversations difficult to have or a solo meal a painful to enjoy. Food is always great and unlike some locations they don't overly skimp on portion sizes. I've had some disappointments with ordering ahead for pickup so I always go through the line and they are always quick and pushing everyone through.

One of my favorites I can always count on a consistently great meal. Super friendly staff at this location always serving up a fare portions for my money. Of the ones in Tulsa this is definitely my new favorite location..
