This is my favorite Starbucks. In beautiful Utica Square, this store has great service and there’s a friendly nice vibe in the cafe and outside on the walkway. It’s a great place to do some work or enjoy a drink w a friend!🤙🤙🤙

There was one person working the store when I dropped by. I forget how to spell her name but I believe it is Anna?? She handled customer after customer and did it fast with a great attitude! 5 stars for her I just wished I remembered how to spell her name because she gave excellent service.

I was trying to find something sugar free/low sugar and the woman at the register was super helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she had pink hair and glasses. I think it started with an R. This location was very busy and the wait was a little long but it was well worth it!

They went above and beyond on my order - there was a mistake and something was forgotten and the manager corrected it unprompted and made my day. Very friendly and dedicated staff.

I am blown away. I’m leaving 5 stars for this location due to my most recent experience with one of the employees while I was in the store. I have diabetes and honestly am tired of ordering the same drink over and over again because it’s the only sugar free option (sf vanilla latte). So one day I decided to try to figure out another low carb drink and Nick took the time to put together something delicious and low sugar for me and helped ease my anxiety. His customer service is literally top tier and I look for him every time I visit this location. Not sure if he’s a manager or just a barista but he is special. Every Starbucks needs a Nick ❤️

This Starbucks is by far my favorite. I was visiting the town from out of state and stopped by here to end my night, and the baristas were so kind! Absolute sweethearts, and the drinks were made to perfection! The team tonight was friendly, energetic, and very skilled on bar. It was a wonderful end to my day!

I placed a mobile order via the Starbees app, then headed to this Starbucks location. My drink was ready when I arrived & made to my specifications. No complaints here! There is outdoor seating & this shopping center is so cute. Great to walk around, shop and get some fresh air.

This afternoon coffee experience was escalated by Ian at Starbucks. He took time yo make sure my Carmel drizzle was a rewarding sensation. My palate is happy!
