Took 4 napkins to get all the ketchup off of it, couldn't swallow the 1 bite I took, they remade it, but at that price, and ruining my appetite, I didn't even eat the burger they remade me. Grew up in Tx, so raised on Whataburger, but kinda "left a bad taste in my mouth" and idk if or when I'll go back to the W..... the manager did apologize and promptly remade the burger, which looked great, but wasn't hungry anymore at that point. GREAT FRIES THOUGH! And the wife as said her burger and fries were great.... so, idk. Maybe the last 2 times I shouldve ordered it with easy ketchup OR dry and put it on myself 🤷♂️

This is the best customer service I've ever had from a Whataburger! As I walked in I was greeted by at least 3 different employees, Ms. Pat asked me how my weekend was going at the register, and everyone was super friendly. You guys are the bomb thank you for all the hard work you do!!! :) food is always great!!

Having to very specific due to allergies (not many choices in middle of night for food) they screw up 50% of the time at minimum. Latest was so greasy the entire outside of plastic container that held my patties. I couldn't even pick up the container to open it, not even joking felt like a joke of melted lard on the entire outer container. Always forgetting drink or type of drink. Learned to not correct girl in drive thru she will snap back and say that's what I said, when it was recorded and reviewed to be a lie. Customer is always right, even a simple order repeated back. Customer service 101 basic. I appreciate those who work odd hours for us that get off at odd hours, just learn to slow down .02 milliseconds and take pride in your service, including verifying order is correct. Yes as a customer it is my duty to make sure it's correct as well, but if wrong now holding up line for a remake putting you that farther behind. Including clean out the dang tea tank after 3 hours being stagnant or atleast taste it yourself with a spare cup hourly before filling a customers order! Lastly, every freaking fri/sat night why is the wait almost an hour? You know the bar scene rush isn't anything new, maybe I'm spoiled to 20+ in line and food handed within 10 mins at chickfila. Seek their training habits??

We were there around lunch. Most tables inside were full. Drive thru was busy. Food was good, as expected. We love their spicy BBQ sauce!

We have been in pretty much every type of vehicle to these restaurants. The waiter or waitress bring us ketchup. Very personal type of restaurant made me feel loved.

Always fast, hot, delicious, friendly, and ACCURATE! They never get my order wrong even tho I make several modifications due to allergies. Easily one of the best fast food restaurants and my absolute favorite! Y'all are great!

Pat was wonderful. Great customer service from her and one other employee that came to check on me. Wow! It has been years since I have had Whataburger based on where I now live but the service her surpassed any expectations.

Place was busy AF but still had a good attitude and was very considerate. They accidentally made a shake instead of the malt I ordered and remade it, no issue. They made sure we had the condiments we wanted. This is a great crew you got tonight and they absolutely deserve raises, if anyone is paying attention.

Edit: 180 degree turnaround. Whoever is working tonight deserves a raise. Above and beyond. Delicious burgers. Neatly crafted. Fresh. Neat bagging, napkins, sauces. Everything feels and tastes like a 5 star dining experience out of a bag. Incredible.
Including my review from 10 months ago for reference:
Long wait times, poor drive through radio courtesy. Got our order wrong, had to go back later and it was still sloppily prepared, no napkins in the bag, forgetting sauces, was given wrong drinks multiple times. Drink cups are covered in soda. Shake machine has been down for weeks, if not months.
There are other Whataburger's with faster, better service. Fresher food. Correct orders. Hot fries.
This one has a long way to go before I will be willing to return.
