Red Lobster

Our server really needs to be trained better. I understand it was Christmas day and later in the day, but you have to check on your customers way more than he did. I asked for things twice. And I finally had to get it myself. I'm a great tipper when I get great service. But when you are just there To take the order and bring them the food without checking on us. You're not gonna get a great tip. I'm sorry.

I truly had a wonderful meal I dined alone and was seated immediately but larger groups like most popular restaurants will have a small wait at peak hours . I have a few pics of my meal and the waitress made sure everyone in her area stayed satisfied with drinks and other refills like scampi soup and their famous biscuits . I had a 7oz Steak ,Caesar salad, shrimp and fries

We had dinner this evening with a group of 10 and the food and service were 5 star, hands down. We had avoided Red Lobster after a disappointing dinner post covid but knew it was an unfortunate result of getting good help back on board. Everyone at our table loved their food and we could not have been happier with our server. I had the New Orleans salmon with broccoli, excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the shrimp in the sauce was soooo good! My husband had the stuffed flounder. He’s often pretty critical of food but loved it all. Red Lobster is back on our favorites rotation, can’t wait to go back!!!!

Delicious food and friendly service. Made an online reservation on Monday for Thursday Thanksgiving at 3:00 and upon arrival were promptly seated. Everything we ordered was delicious including the never-ending biscuits. I had the bar harbor lobster bake. Also side note, I had the snow globe special drink and what a cute little presentation with the sparkle. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for seafood. And get their app as you can build up points which gives you rewards. On this visit we were greeted with a percentage off from my rewards.

Wonderful food, great service. The 1 star was not their fault. The guest around us should have been to asked to leave. I understand “if they pay the stay”. But super loud, obnoxious. Asked to get everything comped. The restaurant and staff are not to blame. They were trying everything to appease this group. Just kinda ruined the experience. Will go back. Food was awesome. Wait staff and management was tested and tried everything in their power.

The food at Red lobster is very good but when ordering lunch from their lunch section of the menu, you have to really read the menu carefully. If not, you might accidentally order a more expensive meal, thinking that it was only 9.99 but it does say on the menu starting at $9.99 and the lighting is a little bit on the dim side, making it more challenging to see it on the menu but it is there. The hostess did an adequate job but failed to welcome us and also failed to ask if we would like a table or booth. The service was good but the waiter talked very fast , making everything seem rushed, even though it was the middle of the afternoon and none of us were in a hurry I really don't like it when our waiter brings styrofoam containers for us before we are even done eating, there is no excuse in that. I would go there more often if they would have a selection of lunch menu items starting at $6.99 even if I chose to order something more expensive.

Our biscuits were delivered to the table hot and fresh. Entrees were served just as expected with nothing missing. The temperature of all items was appropriate. All food items were cooked properly and presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.The food was very tasty and all items seemed fresh, and were made with quality ingredients.
