Johnny Carino's Italian Restaurant

Fantastic! We arrived around 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night and there was a short wait. We were seated by the very helpful host and our waiter was promptly with us. Our waiter addressed the table in a manner far above our expectations! We had a delicious dinner and paired a fantastic wine with it. Will definitely return soon!

The entree was delicious .... no, sublimely delicious! I had the Italian Roast, and it was fall-apart, melt in your mouth, deep rich flavorful! The dessert, Tiramisu, was good ... I've tasted better, which didn't stop me from eating just about the whole portion! (I just couldn't eat N.E. More!) The service was good and efficient. The table at the booth in which I sat, definitely could've done with a proper cleaning.... this detracted somewhat from my total enjoyment of my meal. Also, a note to self: next time (and there will be a next time) don't sit directly beneath a speaker!

We come here often and usually sit in the bar, but this time we were sat in the dinning room. Our server, Justin, was a little slow at the beginning but we were fine with that. What wasn’t fine is when we had to ask for more water and it took him way too long. Instead of getting our waters, which were very near empty, he went around to his other tables, talked with the chefs, and walked around. I watched him talk to his other tables making sure the food was correct and tasted great, unfortunately he didn’t feel the need to ask us if ours was. I’m not sure if it was because we are a younger couple in our mid twenties and he didn’t feel that we deserved good serve or what. I was very disappointed. The food is always great, but if we go anymore we will definitely request the bar area for better service.

The service, after we were seated, was great and the food was very good. It took about 10 minutes before anyone would come up and offer us a place to be seated. Since it was 1:20 and there were not many people inside the restaurant, we didn't understand that. Once we were seated and met our waiter, everything else was good. We had the family size calamari as a appetizer and it was the best I have ever had.

I ordered spicy chicken and shrimp pasta. I made it a keto meal. I substituted the pasta for green beans. That saved a lot of carbs. I had exceptional customer service. I was welcomed when I walked in by Ashlynn. Darrien was my server. He was great and always kept a smile on his face. Ashley is another server that was very friendly and helpful. They all made my visit worth it. It wasn't that busy so I had no wait.... awesome.

We arrived at lunch on Saturday and were seated right away. The hostess brought our menus. There was angroup of 6. We thought the prices seemed rather high considering the facilities. It is nice but worn down a little. We wondered is that because the food is so good that lots are coming and it is getting worn out or is the business starting to suffer? We ordered several appetizers. Unlike our drinks the food came very quickly. The quantity and quality were excellent. Delicious! Will definitely return.q
