Amazing!!! Had the Spicy Fried Chicken with the risotto as a side. The flavor ......no words so good!! Service is fantastic!! We started out at a different restaurant that night and walked out due to being completely ignored. Walked to Tallgrass and so happy we did. Should have started here to begin with. Everything about the restaurant is fantastic!!

This place is very cute and a nice, modern oasis in downtown Tulsa. We had the tacos, bone marrow, and the pork belly as appetizers. I would definitely recommend the pork belly. The sauce was amazing and there were 12 to 14 slices of pork. As an entree I had the meatloaf with poblano gravy. The gravy made the dish. The piece of meatloaf was monstrously huge. I could only eat half of it. But the poblano gravy was both original and flavorful, and not too spicy to ruin the dish for somebody without a high heat tolerance. I would definitely return. My only complaint was that the service was a little slow and I had to continuously cue them in to our table's needs.

Very good food. The chef's choice was delicious with unique flavors on their dishes. Environment was rustic but very romantic with brick, wood ceilings, concrete floors, and exposed steel in the ceiling.

Enjoyed this farm to table restaurant- we ordered kale salads, farm market salads, bison burger-Yum, chicken, short ribs, scallops, and dessert consisted of Chocolate brûlée, carrot cake with caramel frosting, fresh strawberries on pound cake. The ginger ale drink had a light touch of fresh ginger and had a wonderful aroma. Service was excellent.

Had a wonderful first experience here on a post-holiday date night. Small but very well executed menu. Good cocktails, really cool ambiance. Can attest 100% for the short rib & fried chicken.

I loved eating here! Warm atmosphere, farm to table menu built with the season! The food was impresive visually and the taste incredible. I cannot rave enough about my experience here. The bar had uniquely crafted cocktails and a solid wine selection. There was a party in a back room that was very inviting and family friendly.

Farm to table in downtown Oklahoma! I dined here with collegues and if you're looking for fresh ingredients and some delicious, juicy meat, this is the place. The atmosphere was a little trendy, the lighting a bit darker than it needs to be, but the menu offers something for everyone. The adventurous should try the bone marrow!

Outstanding. I have never had a sub par meal here. I work in a local hotel and refer all of our guest here. Haven't had one disappointed feed back. The food is fresh and perfectly executed. Just go. You will not be disappointed
