Wendy's

The staff was very proper and prompt with waiting and taking our order. Because I didn't place the order a young man around the age of 10 did. They treated him with the same decency as anyone else. Which shows true respect for all age groups. The place was clean as it could be. And it took no time at all for the workers to get there work done. They even explain that the nuggets just came out of the fryer not to eat to we got home. 100% workman ship

This place has always been my go to for fast food, and it makes me upset that over the past year every time I’ve gone here the service has gotten worse. Today was the worst of all the times I’ve gone. They weren’t super busy at the time and they had me pull up past the window to wait for 1 biggie bag where I sat for 15 minutes only for them to give my food to the wrong person.

Wouldn't let me give less than 1 star unfortunately. Went there this past Saturday around 2p. Lobby was closed but no sign or anything saying so. There were about 8 cars in the drive thru. Literally took me 28 min from getting in line to getting my food. Guy at the window said they were short staffed so I was like ok. Went back tonight (Monday 750p) and only saw 2 cars in drive through line and one was already at the window. I pulled straight up to order and the guy came across the speaker and said sorry due to short staff, we can only do 1 car at a time. It's gonna be at least 7 to 12 minutes before we can take your order 🤔 yeah needless to say I just went elsewhere !! Worst Wendy's I've been to , ever...

I have never seen a fast food restaurant allow a hang out for employees and there friends in the lobby and standing in the doorway to the kitchen. With all involved talking about how much this place is the worst job! On top of that it's 1 o'clock and there frys where nasty and the burgers were dry no wonder this place is awful there employees don't care and there's no guidance. Where is the manager? DO NOT COME TO THE TULLAHOMA LOCATION!

I ordered a triple cheeseburger and received one patty. I ordered a double for another and received one patty. They messed up the condiment. The French fries where soggy like they had been warmed up. Every time I have ordered Wendy's in tullahoma in the last several months they have gotten the order wrong and I like too far away to drive back and have they fix the order.
