If could leave a zero stars i would food was cold. The chili was burnt and old. Wasn't even worth eating. Called the store and got some young kid who was no help at all. Will not ever stop there again for any food or drinks ever. They need to be trained on how to cook food and when to dump food out if old or burnt.

I like Krystal hamburgers. I have stopped at several through the years. Update 7/1/22. This is currently drive through only. There was a line when we visited and a family in front of us got out and the driver pulled out of line. The kids quickly came back and told the driver they were not open. The young lady approached and asked if they could get back in line. I had expected this to happen and no one was behind us. I told them go ahead and 30 minutes later we pulled up to get our food. The lady at the window said that the lady we let back in paid for our order. We ordered 4 Krystal Chicks and 2 Cokes. I made sure I did not owe anything and thanked her. A mile down the road we found out we got part of someone else's order. I am sure they were short staffed and doing all they can but they need some help.

I wish they would go ahead and shut this location down! I haven't ate there in years because of the food and the employees, but I thought I would give it one more try and today I regret that decision. The food is still horrible, the bread is always rock hard, the meat and chicken always are just weird and inedible, I literally had to throw away 22 dollars worth of food because nothing has changed! The employees are nice but they are either outside smoking when you pull up or have visible wounds on their bodies, not something you want to see when you go get food! Either turn this place around or put something new in this location.
