I had to tell my order FOUR different times and she still didn’t get it right. Then, I told her I wanted two cups for water and she charged me $5 for both. I will NOT be back here anymore. Do better.

The sub artist didn't speak English. I could not get her to understand what I wanted. I said steak and cheese and she made a chicken bacon ranch. I was frustrated and should have left, but I paid $9 for a sandwich I didn't want. Then, the bacon wasn't cooked thoroughly.

Google says they close at 10:00. The door says they are open until 10:00. I drove there, and at 9:45, there was nobody in sight. I will never go there again. Jersey Mike's is better. Penn's Station is better. I tried to give them a chance, but they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Never again!

Under new ownership. Dropping my 5 Star to a 1 Star. To the new owners: STOP messing with your employees tips! Yes, we know...when using a debit card you keep the tips or tax them. The tips are FOR the employees that were helpful not for you to line your pockets. Adding to that, you stopping your Military and Senior Discounts was a HUGE mistake. This is a military city. Shame on you. Oh, and as a weekly customer...me and mine are out. Taking my business (and tips) elsewhere. I'm out.

Two locations here in Tullahoma. 1st location near the Dairy Queen sucked. They were standing around idle when they should have been checking what they were serving. The lettuce was nasty orange brown colored and everything looked old. The 2nd location lettuce looked unappetizing but everything else looked good. Bread was not fresh.

Same as my last review, it was just kids in there, a customer asked this one kid if he was new cause it did not know how to make a wrap and he told her no, he had been there for a bit, please get some adults in there too, I only get an hour lunch and I spent 15-20 minutes of it waiting for him to make food
