Mcdonald's

They have good well mostly …(OK)… days & and a lot of bad days and nights!! If they would just cook the food fresh and serve hot such as if they were eating it or feeding to family, kids, even whomever… Been days my dog don’t even want it and that’s bad.. she eats everything N even Salt & vinegar CHIPS!

They were so slow, partying in the back like food wasn’t supposed to be served. I witnessed this older woman come up to the front counter to ask about her coffee and every employee who answered her were rude and ignorant. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our iced coffees, and it was slow service to everyone who was here. And when we received our ice coffees (keep in mind we had ordered large) we had gotten mediums and when i asked about it, the worker proceeded to say they were larges when they’re clearly not. The M for medium is even highlighted yellow. This has definitely been my worst experience at mcdonald’s. Just because me and my friends are kids doesn’t give them any reason to treat us like we’re dumb. Never coming back!! 😒☺️

They messed my order up an I asked for my money back on the stuff they gave me multiple of an without me even moving from the drive through window required me to have a receipt. I could understand if I had move at all then how would they know but I just got it put in my hand. This is extremely disrespectful. An the manager just had a look like I don't care about you an don't want to be here. Yell need to clean house. McDonald's is one of the highest paid fast food now. The way I see it there's no excuse like it used to be where they were barely paid. Get people in there that know what they have.

Ive ordered the same thing for 4 lunches in a row the past few days and every time the price was different each time. Either someone is skimming money from the register, or their people aren't ringing things up correctly. Drive thru times are always horrendous and orders are never taken in order. You'll get told to wait while 3 people get their order taken in the 2nd drive thru that pulled up 5 minutes after you. 50/50 chance they will get your order right. Today the cashier at the first window was so lazy she was making the customers reach inside the window to put their credit cards in the machine because she didn't want to do it. Pure laziness and attitudeat this store and there's no excuse.

Yesterday I ordered a fish sandwich and asked them to make it fresh please because they are gross when they're cold. The kid at the register just looked at me, shook his head, and said "you get it how they make it." Absolutely unprofessional and looked like he'd never washed his uniform or brushes his hair. Just sat in drive thru today waiting 20 mins for a big mac and a 6 piece. Slowest McDonald's in existence and the staff really don't care if you complain.
