Arby's

One of the worst experiences we've had at an Arby's. Took almost 40 minutes from the time we parked and walked in to the time we've pulled out of parking lot and it was a to go order the female cashier was standing there talking to an old friend while customers waited. The sandwich had very little meat and the fries were cold. No large cups and no sweet tea.

This Arbys is a pretty great location. After getting treated poorly in Shelbyville, I decided to cancel my order and take my business here. These folks are working hard and aim to please the customer. They were clearly understaffed and my order was about $35. They handled my order, my high maintenance requests on items that I wanted this and not that. THEY NAILED IT! 20 items… everything correct. Then THEY apologized for my wait. No, I will wait in line as long as you guys keep the doors open. Thank you so much for being so customer oriented and hard working when putting together these orders when I can see you are understaffed. GREAT WORK. I Will drive the extra 20 minutes to get your hard work and understanding of customer needs in these hard times. Keep at it guys! Jan. 13 2022… about 730… high regards to these folks. Wow! In a post COVID world customer service is lacking everywhere. Yesterday we crossed our fingers and took a chance on Arby's in Tullahoma! One word: GO! The young man, Drake on the speaker was on point. Then, at the window that young man communicated to us about our shake, our cheese sticks and a short wait. He was happy! He was in charge! Drake got a small tip from my husband. Drake made our entire faith return in the customer service world. Give him a raise. Promote him and have him train the new ones. Thank you Arby's and Drake! The food was delicious too. Every bite.
