Jack In The Box

So I'm drove up to the drive thru at 7:50 let me mind you the previous 4 days I've been there at 7:20-30am this morning I pull up and as I'm looking at the menu someone turns the menu light off I repeatedly said hello hello Because the store definitely was just open and should've been open, no one responded nobody said anything but as I drive out my friend definitely saw individual in building. I found it extremely rude because they waited til I was smack dead reading and saying hello before turning menu off. If I could give -3 I would just because the rudeness

Not going to comment on quality. It’s fast food. And I love their tacos no matter what lol. But wanted to shout out the sweet lady at the drive thru window. I think her name was Alma. Or something like that. So sweet and kind. Reminds you of the sweet auntie you love and want to just hug. Outstanding service. Loved her kind approach to customer service.

Was there night before last with my daughter, took a few minutes to get our food and due to the delay I was distracted enough that I didn’t realize I didn’t get my credit card back. Well lo and behold yesterday morning when I realized it I immediately checked my statement to sure enough find there were already charges being attributed to the error. (This was at the drive-thru). Now one would hope the employees would hold the card for the customer to return. To think that the staff actually took it and used it is completely despicable. I attempted to call multiple times yesterday to notify the manager and/or owner but no one ever answered the phone at any point when I called. As a result I myself will never go there again knowing this is the type of employees they have.

Have tried to go here twice. 1st time was on a Sunday at 830pm. I sat at the drive thru for 5 mins before being told to pull around. There I sat behind another car for 5 more mins. Once I got to the window the employee informed me the cook said he was done cooking and laughed. Went there again Thursday at 715pm, sat at the drive thru for 5 mins then pulled around. I waved an employee down and he told me "closed and go home". This place is an absolute joke of a restaurant and a complete embarrassment to the management. At least put a sign up for your customers that you're closing hours before your closing time.
