Food was good but patties were paper thin. GF and I ordered normal burger, double patty burger, large fries, chilling fries and two drinks. EVERYTHING is sold SEPERATELY! Not lying when I telling you, we spent $50 for all that. I get big and better at Red Robbin. Never again. Real let down.

I love the food. What brought the review stars down is that at the Pacific Place location in downtown Seattle it is never busy and they have like 3-4 employees working. The southcenter mall location is always busy and they only have 2 people working.

Used to be good now food sits on the counter fully ready for no reason. Close down saying the register is broken when it isn’t.

I’ve ordered at this particular location several times. I’ve never had an issue with any order and the burgers and fries are always fantastic. Just sucks it’s become so overpriced and that this location is far away from me.

My favorite restaurant with bad management and staff. There is a one of my favorite places in Washington state. When I need hamburger first thinking to Johnny Rockets but today this store made bad memories.

Food was good, milkshake was watery. Everything sold separately. Not worth it.

The shakes were average. The ice cream was not that good. We ordered bacon cheese fries and we got processed nacho cheese. Not very tasty. Service was fairly quick even though they were busy.
