The Cheesecake Factory

Wait time was a little long considering there were so many empty tables. Our male server (we forgot his name)he gave a friendly vibe which was nice. He got our drink orders appetizers and gave us bread. Calamari was so good! Properly seasoned, not bland but not too salty either. For those who have yet to try their Fried Macaroni and cheese balls, those are best eaten when it's still warm with sauce on the bottom. Just FYI! When our entrées arrived, it was hot and delicious. The Truffle Fried Chicken usually comes with asparagus along with the mashed potatoes but i swapped it for some steamed carrots and that whole plate of deliciousness was perfect for me! I felt like the Louisiana Chicken Pasta needs a little bit more flavor. (For my taste buds at least). My boyfriend loved it. In the middle of our meal, our previous server had to go to break so Jocelyn took over and she was nice, very attentive and professional. We didn't get to finish our meal since our appetizers made us full but at least we have dinner now along with our cheesecakes 😁 All in all, our experience was great. Will definitely come back.

We had a great experience here! We came on a Friday night and there was about a 40 minute wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious and the cheesecake choices are amazing! Staff was friendly, great atmosphere. They have gluten free entrees and gluten free desserts. Also good vegetarian options.

I won’t let bug/fly poison me at I look at it as a coincidence. Even the server assured that many bugs are coming inside the restaurant as she wasn’t happy about it too. Beyond disappointed. Poor quality. My friend and I were celebrating and looked for a pasta restaurant. The server was excellent and attentive bring us to the table. Surprised with a bug/fly in the lemonade we ordered for starter. I couldn’t stand the fly floating swimming in my drink. I requested the manager hoping for a great resolution to this disgusting incident. Unfortunately we were only offered a limited solution. Yes we were enjoying our time but this bug bugged me. When you have a large restaurant with a large quantity of customers, you need a competent manager to run the facility. Again I’m beyond dissatisfied. Avoid this location if you are looking for clean food and drinks. Wish everyone safe and happy night accept the manager who couldn’t handle this situation with high manner.
