Flights Cafe

We order some sandwiches, chips, and a salad. The two men behind the counter didn't give us one of the sandwiches. They debated with us that we received the sandwiches we ordered, all the while looking at each other and shaking their heads. After finally giving us what we ordered, one of them checked the sales record and confirmed we we're supposed to have three sandwiches. This should have been done at the very beginning instead of arguing with the customer. When we got to the table we realized we had an extra bag of chips. I returned the extra bag of chips to the counter and thanked the man. He said thank you and turned around to look at the other man and shook his head. I wasn't bothered by the mistake or the delay to check the register, it happens. What bothered me was the the attitude the two displayed while handling the issue. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Half of the café was not able to be used hours before closing time. High prices, even for monopoly cafe at Museum of Flight. No greeting, no smile, indifferent service is being gracious, indeed think rude. Very rare to see these days. Perhaps the young lady has been fired already and waiting for the end of shift? Strange thing in it appeared like she was in charge. Can’t explain that, though whoever runs this place should seriously consider using mystery customers to get an idea of how much opportunity is being squandered and then redress.

The food was actually tasty in my opinion, and that's the only reason that I give this place two stars. I don't think I will ever eat here again because the staff was so unbelievably rude! I wanted to call the lady out on her attitude, but I prefer to not have spit in my sandwich. There's an option on the receipt to leave a tip, I almost let out a guttural laugh. Seriously, when you work in an industry that encourages tipping and you practically roll your eyes at me as I'm ordering? You need to either find a new job or go find God.
