Never been to Starbucks and I went to this location on Monday. A female and male, unfortunately I didn't get their names,but they had great customer service,went beyond to help me pick a drink out that would suit me for the day. I had a great first impression there. I Loved the drink,loved the great customer service and will be coming back.

I got one of my usual drinks...iced grande vanilla latte. It took about 9 minutes to get made. It was super white and tasted like sweet milk. I asked if I could have it remade. They said yes. It was a bit darker this time, but still very little coffee taste.

It's not Starbucks fault, Google said this location has a drive-thru and there's not one here. Was a bummer since we were going to do drive through. Location seemed a nice other than that, and the fact there's a lot of construction going on down here in the parking lot.

Went there every day for 2 weeks during my stay. Quick service and coffee was made as asked.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The girl working the counter doesn't acknowledge who's in the line next. Skipped me to help her friend. I'm never going to this location again. She was a young dark hair girl
Anytime they do decide to go in order. The drink size is always wrong. Horrible communication.

Waited over 30 minutes with our order still not filled. When I went up to ask for a refund we were told (incorrectly) that since we used the Starbucks app, they couldn't refund, and that we had to contact app support. Terrible way to celebrate my partner and I meeting in Starbucks 17 years ago.
Also driveways blocked, bathrooms needed cleaning etc

Barista saw the line was long, stopped what he was doing. Went to the back got additional help , had my drink within 5 min. Great service!

The staff here is wonderful. They seem to know exactly how I like my drinks made. They do a wonderful job
