After ordering a double cheeseburger and a small fries, I didn't know it would be more than six dollars, the only cash I had brought with me. After telling the cashier Cindy I didn't have enough money, she graciously suggested a junior fry that would come out to five dollars and thirty-five cents. Amazing display of product knowledge and customer service and just being a kind person. Thank you Cindy. I definitely will be coming back.
Just a couple of breakfast biscuits, but the service was quick the employees were very friendly and helpful. Just what I needed after an early morning dentist appointment. Couldn't rate atmospheric as I did my order to go but it looked clean in the lobby and I appreciate that.
Drive thru was quick and accurate. Gave me napkins and ketchup packets, had super hot crisscross fries and the burger was made as ordered. Great experience
I must make this review with the reminder, I am COMPLETELY biased. I love and I mean LOVE Carl's Jr. This restaurant was clean, staff were nice and worked fast. Food was good and arrived rapidly. No complaints.
Work really close by and so it's convenient. Sometimes the wait is short but when it's a bit long they tend to prepare the food alot nicer. We usually go for the nachos and those are always really good. Had a minor issue and the manager resolved it quickly. Appreciated that.
Awsome, nice employees. Fast service. Delicious food. :)
When I ordered, I had wanted tacos but the tacos part of the menu was not up and running at that time i guess since it was about 30 minutes till closing? Not sure. But there were two other meals that were ordered initially but with the indecisive person (me) trying to come up with something else then being told that IF i were to order a large cup OF WATER that I was going to have to pay full price as if it were a soda, the two meals could have AT THE VERY LEAST had FRESH FRIES! The only thing that was up to a fresh standard was my order of zucchini. Everything else literally looked sad and droopy. There is zero excuse for not attempting to drop fresh fries... I know myself, if I was told it's going to be a few seconds longer because the fries are in the works (which means they're fresh) I'm not going to mind one bit because the fries are the things that people reach for while they drive or try to grab real quick before they drive off. My bad luck of not getting what i wanted, definitely would have given that extra time that was needed so that we, the customers, wouldn't have to be wondering , "What on earth are we still doing here for? what are they waiting on?" Not a location that I would likely go to just because of the lack of effort for the extra mile (which honestly, i think at a fast food place is bare minimum) for the fries then the double whammy on what I wanted to order.
Nothing memorable in regards to the customer service... only that she could try wearing actual pants and not some spandex type legging whatever... people want to eat, ya know...
I wish the green chili burrito and other parts of the menu were available before 11 am. I work nights so breakfast for most is dinner for me. I understand probably not enough volume to justify that part of the kitchen open at that time.
I've eaten at two Carl's Jr this week. They're the twin of Hardee's back East. Both experiences were good.
Im old school so I always order the same thing. Famous star with cheese and crosscut fries and a order of zucchini and at this location always taste the same always tastes great and that probably means that the employees have a lot to do with that seeing as they make the food. good job and place the cause you drink on Ajo and Park.
