So I ordered a pizza from this location and I will say at first I was unhappy. But it was only due to my pizza not having the pepperoni that I thought it should have had. Which at the end of the day was my fault (I based it off the picture and not rhe oder form). Anyway I went back to the location and the manager was very nice to me as I was to her explaining my mishap. Long story short she and her very nice crew which may have included the owner ( he was the only one with a blk shirt which made believe this is a franchise) remade my pizza and it came out great. The customer service I experienced at this location was above a 10. Will definitely continue buying pizza from here!!!

I had a free pizza on my account and was really upset I had to call to get it placed instead of just doing it through the app. Kyle was such a great employee when I explained my situation. He was super calm and very helpful! My delivery driver, Janessa, was so friendly! She practiced social distancing and I gave her a big tip! I even called the store back and asked who made my pizza because it was so tasty. Sam, you made such a delicious pizza! Thank you Papa Johns!

I love Papa John’s pizza and especially this location. The staff is friendly and they look like they enjoy what they do which says a lot about the company. Last time I was there Kaylynn helped me. She was so professional and seemed like she was such a hard worker. You have a great employee in her, hope she is recognized for that!

Selina M is the reason I keep coming back. The pizza just tastes better when you get one she made. Portions perfectly spread, clean cut so the slices don't stick together. It's unreal how good she makes them.

Worked with Ken for a long time! Was an awesome delivery driver and amazing employee. Not sure if I was GM at the time of working with him but he always went above and beyond with prep, opening tasks, and making sure the customer was happy. Always delivered on a timely manner and the pizza was always hot when he arrived! Great delivery driver!

My pizza pie experience at this establishment ranked among one of the best experiences I've ever had in this realm of italian cuisine. Customer service is found very seldom in fast food, but this establishment and the young lady who helped me exemplified amiable customer service . Samantha truly made my pizza experience a joy to partake in and reinstated my faith in the fast food industry. If Samantha is reading this, thank you truly , you made my life happier .

We ordered Papa Johns recently because my husband saw an advertisement for the epic stuffed crust pizza. We never ordered pizza from here, cause we always thought it was expensive. I was shocked at the fact that there prices are actually very comparable to other companies! And the quality of the food was definitely better! Their papadillas are life changing!

I’ve always had the worst luck with ordering delivery that’s why I’ve always done carry out! But When I gave a second chance OTIS saved the day! He delivered our food in a timely manner and was very polite and knowledgeable! Good job Papa John’s you got yourselves a good one! Definitely will be back !

I wasn’t a big fan of Papa John’s until I found this location. My pizza is always ready quick and just how I ordered it. I especially can’t praise Sam enough. She’s always friendly and gets my order perfect every time!
