**DO NOT ORDER A CAKE HERE** I placed an order a week before pick up, arrived at the store and there was no cake made. Waited for someone to find a solution for 40 minutes just to tell me i can either get a refund OR pick a cake from the shelf.. poor customer service. There was another lady in line having the same issue. Save your time, this isnt a reliable place.

I’ve tried 3 times now and they never have the ingredients to make a simple ice cream sundae. Hot fudge, almonds, and whip cream. How hard can it be to keep those three things stocked? I don’t even care about the cherry. No I don’t want hot caramel on my sundae instead of hot fudge. No I don’t want sprinkles instead of almonds. Six inches!

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from here. I no longer live in Tucson. I ordered my dad a pie for Veteran’s Day from here. When he went to pick up the staff was rude and told him they had no such order. I tried calling and calling the store and the phone just rings. Today I called corporate and after being on hold for 45 minutes, was told the franchise owner would get a hold of me to give me a refund. I still have yet to receive a call. They claimed to have no such order, yet I was still charged for a product that was never received. What’s more awful was my dad was treated badly and rudely on his day. Please patronize another place. Perhaps the loss of business will cause them to close down, or to change the way they do business. They deserve zero stars.

Drive through, we asked for a minute,we weren't ready order. I used to get the recess peanut butter cup equivalent to the dairy queen blizzard. I asked what it was called and I guess we upset her because we got to the window, and their attitude was like they were annoyed. We got our 2 pints, no bag, asked for bag and she turned away. We drove off, I threw away my 2 scoops of recess peanut butter ice cream in fear of something put in it. Plus, I was concerned that all the employees had there masks under nose. I was reminded why it had been so long that I had stopped here.

I ordered a birthday cake. They did not fulfill the order. They said they tried to call me and they did not. I received 2 calls that day and they were from my family. They offered my a different cake with mint and we don't like mint. They lied about calling and could not off any cake for the day of. The manager does not tell the truth. Do not order from here.
