We walked in at 930 and the line was to the door..only 2 ladies working but they did a great job pushing thru online orders and at the counter..the ice cream was perfect for my family of 5...the amount of muscle it takes to make each order is crazy..so kudos to you guys for keeping up

The two young women working tonight were slammed at 9:10pm. They hustled and were amazing. They had large orders for 8 people and additional orders all coming at the same time and they cleared the place in 12 minutes!

A little pricy, but it was very good. They were quick and efficient. We all got the "like it" size and they were the perfect size. Also like the rewards system. We got a free ice cream with it.

Clean and there are plenty of seating available. Open till 11PM, however this place is under-staffed, waited 30 min in line to get an order.

It carries the standard options for the most part, with a few unique offerings. Their specialty is probably big “creations” which blends many toppings (bites, fruits, etc) together (kind of like a sundae, though with more emphasis on the toppings compared to syrup). With that it’s very rich and certainly quite indulgent (and it feels as such). It can be a bit pricey, even for a standard option, so keep that in mind. As they’re a chain, their quality is nothing special with standard ingredients, but it’s still enjoyable. I tend to suggest the local options, but Coldstone is good for something particularly rich and crazy

I ordered my twins 10th birthday cake from this location. There was a discrepancy in the total charged and the actual amount. I contacted the store and Rodney (owner) called me back on his personal time and told me he would get it taken care of. Day of the pickup, the charge was correct and I was contacted by Rodney to ensure it was. Not only was the cake AMAZING (it was all gone by end of day.... never happens with bday cakes) but I felt well taken care of and listened to. Thank you Rodney and Coldstone for helping make my kids birthday after Rona the best they have had yet!
