Don’t be turned off by the long line you’re almost guaranteed to be greeted with. They move that line insanely fast and have never given me an incorrect drink or lowered the quality in anyway. The set up is a bit unusual but it’s because they expanded the building years ago to accommodate more customers. Gives the place a nice feel and is definitely a location that’s nice to relax or meet with friends at. I’ve been going there for a decade and it’s always held up and the staff has always been great. Best location in town.

Staff is very nice, helpful & pleasant. Everything is delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that frequently they either don't have or have to go on a hunt in the back for the Earl Grey for my London Fog. Still a great shop and worth a visit.

It was busy when I walked in so customer service was getting a bad start. However, the employers were quick yet accurate and got my order done quickly!! I mean 5 mins total time out the door in my book is excellent!

I come here to do homework often. It’s normally busy and loud but that’s what head phones are for. The staff is always friendly, i enjoy trying new things and also enjoy when staff mention if I don’t like something to let them know. That’s the type of reassurance I need when trying new things 😁 overall, this is a great place. On top of that the WiFi signal is superb.

This location always delivers the best and consistent Cold Brew drinks!! Very clean and doing a good job with social distancing measures. Just an example of the way the manager Tammi runs a great ship! Shes the bestest!!

Got my usual just like I like it! That is worth the wait and money. The staff was well organized & very friendly; kept things running smoothly with a smile on their faces. The entire area is kept very neat & clean. That's always appreciated!

Well I've been coming here a long time now and know everyone and well I'm always comfortable coming here. Love the later hours. Hope staff get the breaks they need. The condiment counter often looks like someone set a bomb off, HA HA HA but well its a corner store. Gets busy. Man I love the croissants. The only -other- place I've had a better croissant is in Mostar Bosnia.

I know I can't make up my mind so I love when we can go in and talk coffee and flavors and the barista appears to enjoy the conversation as much as us. She's so nice and helpful.

The barista recommended a drink for me since I usually just get a hot coffee with whole milk. He was really enthusiastic and helpful! I got the Chestnut lattee on his suggestion. Was not disappointed!
