I was running late and knew my family was hungry and waiting at home. We typically avoid fast food as we try to eat a healthy diet. I was delighted to learn that The Hidden Grill had opened the day before. Picked up a few servings of coriander-ginger white fish served with a mixed grill of fresh sautéed vegetables (summer squash, carrots, peppers, fennel, tarragon, onion and spinach). Also ordered the sunflower seed encrusted tofu cutlet. It was such a joy to have a fresh, wholesome and tasty meal to serve to my family within five minutes of walking in the door! Thank you Chris and Allison!
Generous portion sizes for every entree and side option. They have a simple take on your favorite Asian dishes. Thanks to that the food tastes fresh, and *not* overly saturated with sugary sauce like Panda Express' fair.
I love that they deliver on my side of town. It's also worth noting that anytime I've ordered from here they answer the phone promptly and are friendly. Delivery people are nice too.
Like many Chinese places, the dishes are laden with sodium. As long as that isn't an issue, the food is quite good here. The dinner portions are very large (certainly enough for 2 servings) at a very good price. I had the chicken lo mein that was very tasty with equal amounts of all ingredients. The service was very good, attentive and genuine
My experience was like nana banana's, though the hot and sour soup was just decent. General Tso's chicken seemed authentic to me (sorta sweet and vinagery - gahd I forgot I didn't like it - but I think well done), tender, flavour-some (rather than flavorful) meat, and crisp water chestnuts (which were decent) and carrots. Chow mein that came with the dish was decent. Note that I had it delivered, and it came fresh, just not hot.
Great food. Accommodating chef has basically made anything on the menu without breading as I’m gluten free.
Mostly take out like their food
I've actually never been here.
