I came to Fired Pie with a coworker after a long morning meeting. It was just 11am and they had just opened. This was my first visit to a place like this, make your own pizza place. Anyway, we were promptly greeted by the Fired Pie crew. My coworker, ordered her non-fat selections without any eye rolling or groans from the staff. Than I ordered my low to no carb selection of a salad, also with no eye rolling or groans from the staff. I then, couldn't help but notice the fired pookie...so, I gave in and ordered a chocolate chip one as well. We each paid for our meals (under $12 each) and had a seat against the wall, under a speaker. Although, we just ended a meeting we still wanted to recap, but again we were up against the wall, underneath a speaker. My coworker got up and asked them to please lower the music and guess what!?!? They did- without a care in the world, it subtly played in the background and we were able to continue our meeting recap without yelling at one another. About 5 minutes into our conversation my healthy sized salad came out with perfectly fresh romaine, garlic croutons (which were big enough to pick off), romano cheese and a side of caesar dressing were there. I had snatched a few lemons from the drink station and squeezed some on there (yes, fresh squeezed lemon on caesar salad is the bomb!!). A few seconds after my lunch was brought out, my coworkers pizza was brought out and she didn't have any complaints as we both sat in silence, enjoying the firework show in our mouth. She literally ate her entire pizza. About half way through our lunch that damn Fired pookie came out...ooh weee, just thinking about it makes my mouth water. It wasn't massively oversized like you'll find at other restaurants that serve it, it was perfectly portioned! So, if you don't know what this pookie is, it is a fired chocolate chip cookie dough topped with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream...the cookie isn't fully cooked but it isn't totally raw either, it's like the perfect medium and then the REAL vanilla bean ice cream just tantalizes your senses even more. I felt like I died and went to heaven. Once we were both done and pretty full, we left. It was good first time experience for me and I'll definitely be back. I appreciated the Fired Pie crew's attitude, work ethic and ability to handle picky eaters without making stupid and unnecessary noises, faces or even mumbling under their breath.

This is a great place. You can order off the menu or design your own pie and since the crust is thin, but still delicious, it can be as light or heavy as you want it. The staff is friendly without talking at you in "corporate speak," the food preparation area wide open and clean. The staff remembers you from visit to visit, which is really nice. Salads too, though that's not what I go there for. Great lemonade.

This place is delicious and respectable. Great gluten and vegan options. I THOUGHT I ordered from this location via Door Dash. But the pizza I got was woefully inept with cheese and toppings. I went into this location the next day and they couldn't find my order. They told me often door dash goes through downtown Fire Pied instead of their location. Which makes total sense! Because delivery took forever! I went in personally this location which was not responsible for the issue and got a free pie. It was amazing. I highly recommend! #Respect

Fired Pie is like the Subway of pizza joints. You come in, get in line, and talk to the pizza maker behind the counter about what you want. Pick your crust (very few options), pick your sauce (a few more choices here), and pick your toppings (LOTS of good variety!). They put it all together as you go, then pop it in the real pizza oven, and in just a few minutes, it's brought to your table. The pizza itself was good, but I personally prefer a thicker crust. If you like your pie cracker-thin, you'll probably be happy. Each pie is a good portion for one person, maybe with a little left over if you're a very light eater. Don't expect to take box home, but my family was satisfied with one pizza each. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but actually talking to two different people, I had trouble hearing/understanding them because they spoke so softly and it was a bit noisy inside. Speak up, guys! :)

The food is amazing, and they will customize it for you-- if you want extra cheese, you get extra cheese! The crust is thin, and perfectly crunchy, not burned, or over-done. Prices are appropriate, and service is always awesome. I go regularly for their pesto-pizza!

Easy to order, the staff made recommendations to me about the options, That is hard to find anymore. It was a refreshing taste to Pizza. I am tired of pizza because i have little kids, but this is different enough that it doesn't seem like the pizza i am tired of. the crust was awesome.

I'm from Connecticut. You can't beat New Haven or NYC pizza. But this is REALLY GOOD though!!! Fresh veggies. Tons of choices & great price. AZ has been quite lacking in the pizza dept but this is really good considering where we are now. Great service too.
