We found a little girl about 5 outside the restaurant that had escaped from the play area, because the door was flimsy on the play area. She was standing 5 feet from a homeless man that had just been kicked out for fighting. She could have easily never been seen again had I not intervened and taken her back inside to her grandmother.

Happy times with family. Dad , youngest brother and my two children Josiah 10 and kenya 8 I hardly ever have the opportunity take my kids to option of choice . Thanks to manage who made acception of the order that I remember was favorable option on menu it seemed like healthy idea on menu to choose . Good vibes on Thursday.

Love McDonald's just hate this particular location because of all the vagrants and drug abusers that fled the area constantly employees at McDonald's usually are always young at almost every location I've ever been to which tends to not always have the best service but considering the area and the environment and the age of staff services relatively good the actual restaurant itself on the inside is up kept and clean almost always and I love the music that they play on their little radio station!!!

I don't eat at McDonald's that often, but this location is my go to when I come back from a night out in downtown Tucson. For some reason, the last 5 times I used the drive thru, my fries were extra limp :-(
Come on guys, you can do a better job seeing your absolute best product.
In the other hand, the spicy chicken sandwich has been really good.

The employees here are very friendly, fast and efficient. Excellent service...I like to go here almost every morning. My breakfast burritos are always hot and fresh, thank you. They help make our mornings better with the little things...like a quick breakfast.

I have high remarks on Jesse and Tisha, They high extremely high experience with customer service and management skills. This location At Speedway/Alvernon holds a high standard of quality and customer service thanks to those individuals, I am a regular customer due to these factors and how welcoming this location is when Jesse and Tisha are managing and running this location. Due to this location with high standers other locations in Tucson seem only meet the base standers and I don't go to their locations, those locations need people who are proactive and professional like Jesse and Tisha.

Anyone working the night shift more than deserves a raise. The app said I could pick up an order in the lobby but it was closed. This is a problem I’ve had with other locations not because of the location but because the app doesn’t show the correct information per location. They knew my order number, even though I didn’t have a vehicle, and I was able to get my food. Again, anyone working nights more than deserves a raise.

It's not that the food is bad it's the prices 😕 I go in and just for a 3 person meal (ones a kid) it's almost $50.00 but the play place and atmosphere plus the cone makes it a go to
