Best fast food place here in Tucson at reasonable prices. Not too expensive and they are always so hard working. I know I'm getting close to pollo feliz when all I smell is fresh grilled chicken. Also chicken is always delicious and cooked right now dey at all and cooked thoroughly. Shout-out to Fabian for continuing this business and leaving his customers satisfied with wanting to always come back. The food and service is always great. The chicken is juicy and tender. The rice beans and tortillas are delicious. Been a regular for years and it never dissapoints.

The food was good. The bathroom was clean but it smells really bad like sewer and the wall tile underneath one of the stalls is broken, so decided not to use it.

We are lucky to have such a fine Mexican restaurant here. Like this one is legit. I don't like that they changed the whole menu to english. Isn't that the fun part of learning another culture. Pollo bowl 4 life.

I drove 1 1/2 hours out of my way to get their chicken. I am not crazy about chicken but wow! Love the flavor! Steak is good too. Tortillas are soft, salsa is great, not spicy. The guacamole was delicious as well. I highly recommend this one!

Great chicken.
Pollo Feliz offers a good range of primarily chicken and rice based dishes. They also offer a range of burritos and tacos.
Prices are very fair, and the service is always good. Food is consistently hot and has plenty of flavor.
Restaurant could do with more cleaning; many surfaces felt a little sticky, and the bathrooms needed some attention.
Overall however I've only had good experiences. Small improvements would quickly raise it to a 5 star experience.
