I've had times a while back when their service was below standard, I was treated like an annoyance/inconvenience, but they've greatly improved their staff who are much more friendly & accommodating now. I appreciate that their animal products are conscious, their chicken is hormone free antibiotic free, I love their Mahi Mahi, their carnitas pork was excellent but that was a limited time offer, I hope it comes back. I still have yet to try their natural steak. I love their self serve salsa bar, I add lots of cilantro & white onions to my food, and their picante salsa is delectable! I like that they offer cauliflower rice as replacement for grain rice. Their guacamole is good & they don't add dairy like some places do. I hope they bring back mango salsa or some other tasty fruit option.

All i gotta say is this place is still in business for a reason. Weve been by maybe 4 times in the last couple of months and had a great experience every time. Place is always clean and staff has been very friendly. Above all else the food as been amazing which is why we keep coming back.

Loved the California Shrimp Bowl ♡ friendly staff as always and speedy lunch. We dined in this time as we were in between appointments at Banner. I spoke with the woman about getting the cauliflower rice next time and some romaine lettuce with less rice and she said they could do that ♡ nice to know you can sort of recreate you lunch to order. They may charge you a bit more, but you can get what you like. Their jalapeños and salsa bar is self serve so you can get what you like to spice it up. They have sliced lemon and lime on the salsa bar too along with cilantro and onion.

Grew up eating Rubios since I was a kid and their tacos were $1 Tuesday! Times have changed but their consistency and quality have not. Parking lot is easy to get into. A great place for a clean tasting, crispy fish taco. Salsa bar is nice, this place always satisfies our cravings

The fish tacos are so bomb. Made to order. Fish tacos are always nice and crispy. I really enjoys the salsa bar so I can add extra onions and Cilantro. Not to mention the tasty sauces and jalapeños. Everyone's always friendly and there's plenty on tables to pick from to enjoy my food. I had the guacamole for the first time last visit and it was super yummy. The Avocados we're fresh and it wasn't loaded with onions or fillers. Plus the taco Tuesday deals are unmatchable.

The person at the register welcomed us as we walked in. There was no line and we were able to order and receive our food in less than 15 minutes. The salsa bar was stocked and clean. We will be coming back here as the food was hot and tasted fresh.

Always love Rubio's. I always get the Coastal Trio and it never disappoints. The shrimp is perfect, mahi mahi is moist and fall apart, and the fried fish has a nice crisp breading that is divine. The churros are amazing too. Would highly recommend it.
