Best grilled chicken in Tucson!! I especially like the burrito.

Food was hot and fresh at this Ina location. Food prep service was quick and order was correct. Inside store temperature was pretty cold with too much air conditioning. Booths were clean.

The atmosphere: at the dining area it is terribly COLD FREEZING. the sweater doesn't help much. Otherwise it would be very comfortable to dine in
If I return I probably take out n eat at home.

Delicious - slow service at times but as they say - worth the wait

8.31.23 - I was not only able to use a $2 off coupon for The avocado chicken burrito, but the burrito was delicious, tasty, and stuffed with chicken rice. Avocado, sour cream, and then with the grilled tortilla that they serve.

I ordered the double chicken bowl through the website rewards app. Met all my expectations!
Crisp greens, bean & rice, avocado slices. Yummy dressing and salsa. Sure do miss the Salsa bar!
Excessive noise! Sound track & loud, excessive chopping compete with each other making a less pleasant dinning experience!

Another blast from childhood. I keep trying all the new menu items they have and realize that if I would just stick to the chicken, rice and beans I would be much happier. Except the Mac and cheese. That is a good addition to the menu!

It's our family's favorite restaurant! They serve the food always quickly and tastes great. The prices are very good and you can choose take out sometimes and also catering for parties.

First time at El Pollo Loco. Ordered a burrito and found it hot, fresh and so filling. Chips were fresh as was the salsa verde. I wish SW Florida would get this chain!!! They would do well there.

Today I walked in at opening put in a huge food order to feed 100 people and the team was on it! The manager was welcoming inviting and kind, it honestly appeared everyone enjoyed their job! It was honestly such an awesome experience and I am truly grateful for the kind hospitality. The food packaged perfectly and incredibly thought out. This location will be my new go to for catering! Whoever’s in charge here needs a raise or a paid vacation he truly is a leader.
