Great place! We come here often and the food and service are fantastic!
Sachiko is one of my all time favorite sushi restaurants! Their food is reasonably priced, portions are fantastic and their food is both tasty and fresh. We've been here a handful of times and no matter how busy they are I've always received my food in a timely manner and good service. Would definitely recommend!
Wow! The selection can be overwhelming, but almost everything we chose was delicious. The sushi was delicious. It was clearly marked if it was raw or cooked. It was very busy, which kind of indicates how good it is. There was a line of people outside. They took our temperature before letting us in. The food was hot and delicious and we didn't wait long. There was a sushi bar, it was neat to see the sushi chefs working. The waiters were walking around like a bunch of ants... Nonstop. They were hustling! I will definitely be returning. This will be marked as one of my favorite spots.
Great spontaneous experience! The atmosphere and service are wonderful. They bring food out as it’s ready ensuring nothing is cold. For the $$ the portions and food quality were great. I would recommend all of what we ate!!! Would also definitely recommend popping in before shopping at Trader Joe’s on an empty stomach hahaha
I never realized the fish in other sushi didn’t taste like fresh caught fish until I ate here. 11/10 best sushi I’ve had in Tucson. And the noodle plates are great too! Be patient on a busy day, though.
The food is so yummy yummy! The customer service is very friendly. This is a very fast paced restaurant; do not expect to be “wined and dined”. You basically seat yourself & someone will come over. You might even have to get a waiters attention before being seen lol. That doesn’t bother me though because they’re so quick to assist you! I love the spirit in this place too; light, calm & peaceful.
I think that this place is an average sushi restaurant.
Good: They have great and fast service. The menu has variety of rolls, dishes etc. the ingredients are fresh but the taste was average.
Needs improvement: The rice of sushi was overcooked and tempuras and baby octopus were very oily. We couldn’t eat them, they were very heavy. the plates were not very clean, I had to wipe them all again.
We were visiting Tucson and were craving Japanese food. This was well rated on Yelp and Google Reviews. We arrived at 5:30 pm on Saturday and it was already very busy. They had good selection and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed the food. I am giving them a 4 star for customer service which was not so good. We had to talk to several servers to get water and we really didn’t know who is supposed to be serving our table.
Delicious meal!!!! We sat at the sushi bar as the place was busy on a Saturday evening and we were super entertained watching the chefs work their magic! The service was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are back in Tucson!!!!
Best sushi place in Tucson. Been to a lot and the reviews are to be believed. So fresh. Wide variety of rolls and nigiri. This was the best spicy tuna handroll I've had. Packed house but they get you in fast. Check out the photos cause this place was awesome!
Pretty good place if you want sushi. Their prices are a little much for sashimi, but you get a decent amount and the size of the sashimi is good. I ended up ordering more nigiri.. The ankimo texture was a little weird, but it was a special at the time too. Ikura great as always, but MP$.
Lunch special wasn’t bad, but you get 4pc of 2 types of fish with the sashimi and teriyaki combos.
Servers are pretty friendly but they don’t smile much. You have to ask to take your order.
I love the fact it is right next to Trader Joe’s.
