I really have an appreciation for fresh, unique cuisine. This place met my expectations and beyond! Everything I had was seasoned wonderfully, full of flavor, clearly fresh and just delicious. Was not sure what to expect, and I have to say I am very pleased. Recommend the prickly pear iced tea! Yum!

Absolutely delicious and a great atmosphere. Only thing is you have to purchase tickets to the gardens in order to go to the cafe. You cannot just go for the food. Purchase required for both. It all is worth the experience though.

This restaurant is one of the favorites of my sister and myself. The atmosphere (during the week days) is calm and nurturing. The restaurant is located inside the Tucson Botanical Gardens and produces fabulous food. There are always vegetarian choices as well. So, come enjoy the beautiful Gardens, the artwork of various artists', and partake of the wonderful food. Vegetables are often grown right on the Gardens' grounds.

We were really blown away by this place! I wasn't taken looking at the menu, but then when the food came it was SO tastey & large, colorful portions. I got a large side salad & the humus platter. My husband got the gronola with vanilla yogurt. Everything tasted sooo rich. I've only moaned while eating a few times in my life & this was among them! Great service & very very good food. Inexpensive for the serving sizes & quality.

The flavors were incredible! The chef came out to address our questions about gluten free and vegetarian options. He was kind and thorough. He was happy to make our meal just how we wanted. We had the special - (mesquite grilled) watermelon gazpacho soup and totillitas with tepary beans, beets and aioli sauce. The tortillita came with pork but the chef was happy to substitute with veggies - delicious potatoes, sweet potatoes and onions. We also had chamomile mint iced tea that was perfectly refreshing for a June evening. The chef came out again, after the meal was served, to hear how we liked everything and to tell us more about his process for preparing the food. The service, the care for our preferences, the flavors, the presentation - all surpassed our expectations. I need to return many times to try all this wonderful restaurant has to offer!

I will still give five stars because we absolutely love the unique, native, natural dishes and the outstanding and normally personable service. But this morning the server had an attitude and we nearly left. Hopefully the management will be able to get her straightened out.

Stopped by the Botanical Gardens for a visit. Our group was happy to find this cafe nestled in the middle of the gardens. The food was amazing, service was great. We loved the art and atmosphere.

Waitress Freda sa so helpful. We ordered and one of the items was not well prepared. She immediately switched it out with another selection, a d complimented us with dessert. Highly reccomend.

Pricey, but worth it!! Fresh food, some grown at the BG, is delicious and artistically presented. Listen to the bird sing and enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio!
