First time here. The food was good. Our order was prepared as requested. The staff left something to be desired.
There was a tension present and it rolled out onto how the guests were treated. There was no warm, friendly, welcome upon arrival.
This feeling started when entering the front doors with the hostess', onto the wait staff. This wasn't just one or two staff members. It was everyone I saw. No smiles. No warm hello.
Things got lighter by the time we finished our meal. As we were leaving we did receive a friendly goodbye and thank you on our way out by the hostess. She saved the day, which was why I gave this review a fou, vs the one I would have given.
I hope the staff were just having an off day. For a 1st time customer, not a great vibe. I will visit here again. The food was great and I liked the atmosphere.

Best burgers in town! I' so glad I finally got to go back. It'd been probably a couple years since I had been. Onion rings are good. Fries are good. Mac&Cheese burger was a little unwieldy, but it was nice and creamy. Heckle&Jeckle was superb, though I might have to ask for more sauce next time. Fantastic meal! Cured my hangover 😅😆

Took my dad and 1 of my sons. We each ordered a different burger. We shared the brussel sprouts. One had the jalapeno Mac salad. All were really good. Burgers are very fresh. Our server was super friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions. We had several since it was our first visit.she also brought a bowl.of water out for our pup without us asking for it. We sat on the patio. I was surprised it wasn't busier. We will be back. They are doing things right!

Featured on Tucson Foodie's list of best burgers! Lindy's did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and gave us our choice of outdoor (vs indoor) dining. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing, and very kind. In the evenings, it's lovely to sit outside on the back patio with the overhead lighting. Perfect for a weekend date! But here's what you really came to the reviews for:
The food is spectacular. I wanted to try every single burger on the menu - they are all very unique and flavorful. My husband went with the Heckle + Jeckle, which has a perfect balance of textures and flavors - crunchy and soft and gooey elements, acidic and spicy and fatty and creamy elements - the perfect burger, really. He said it was a 5-star burger.
I got the Cow Tipper, it was packed with savory flavor. It's an Aus Jus burger, and somehow I think it's even better than a regular Aus Jus sandwich! The caramelized onions were perfect. The side of onion rings were also really amazing - they were very crispy, and miraculously the onions didn't come out in one piece when you bite into them.
We'll for sure be back to try more off this menu!

Service is amazing! We did come later in the afternoon/early evening before busy time. My sliders were amazingly yummy - bread was perfectly toasted, burger patty was seasoned well. Can't believe it took us this long before visiting this place. We'll definitely be back ^^
Cannot comment in my hubby's towering food though. He did finish it all!

This burger place had some unique hamburgers. Everything was good and fresh. Lots of good bill and the vibe inside was chill. The decor paintings inside would blow your mind. Food was yummy.

Really cool decorations, plenty of in door and out door seating. Has a nice bar, and the servers are friendly. Food was good just like the discription. The hamburger itself is great, nice and tender with no gristle and easy to chew. Very good.
