Okay, I love Jack in the Box. I frequent every single one I pass by. This Jack in the box had HOT and crispy fries. It was amazing. The #7 looked like an advertisement and it tasted great. For as far as Jack in the Box goes, this one gets 5 stars. There was nothing they could've done to make that meal better. It was perfect.
First time at this location. I went through the drive-thru, so I can't comment on anything else, but the food was good (and nice and warm), and the drive-thru folks were very pleasant. I got my food pretty quickly. My only "negative", and its a minor one that didn't affect my rating, was that the exterior of the building really needs some repairs from what appears to be water/storm damage from our summer monsoons. Not a big deal, but first impressions are important for businesses in my opinion.
Look, this is a the Jacks in the Box. If you don't know what the food is like going into this situation, that's on you. The tacos will most certainly disappoint you if you're expecting anything else called a taco outside of this context. I ordered with the application on my cell phone. A little strange that it wouldn't let me add pickles when customizing my sandwiches, wouldn't you say though? The food was ready when I got there and nobody gave me a hard time because my voice sounded like awful because of the laryngitis.
In summary, if you want Burger King, then don't come here—go to Burger King. Jack is Jack and that's okay.
P.S. Like most chain restaurants, the quality of the food and value for money have both gone in the wrong direction, clearly a corporate directive to squeeze consumers even further and shake out a scant few more pennies into the cracks of investors. Laugh it up, you crooks, you robber barons, the inevitable is, as they say, inevitable.
The curly fries still slap, tho.
When I visit this specific location, I usually take the drive-thru. My wait usually takes around 5-7 minutes. The staff is pretty nice as well. The only issue I've had with this location is when they're out of cheesecake, which seems to be frequently.
Jack-In-The-Box has been my go to for good fast food since 1967. The N. Campbell location is one of the best in town. They have great service; I sense an atmosphere of fun behind the counter. That's a good thing, speaks well of management.
Clean JiTB with tasty egg rolls and hamburgers and tacos! Bad tomatoes on the salad, otherwise 5 stars. Clean bathrooms. Thank you…
Pros: This restaurant is conveniently located near my favorite laundromat. I walked in and was greeted immediately. The manager even bought my food outside to me. I was waiting outside the front door talking on the phone. This was really nice.
Cons: Some of my hot seasoned fries were mixed with some cold ones. Not cool at all, but otherwise a good stop.
Thanks for the always friendly service, from everyone who works here whenever i've gotten drive-thru food 💕
Hands down BEST customer service. Tonight, late at night, after a long day of studying I went for jalapeño poppers because I wanted a snack and the lady who gave me my order in the drive through was the absolute kindest!!! She told me they just changed the oil and so she told me she gave me a couple extra because of how good they were tasting!! She absolutely made my night and made me happy because it was really sweet thing to do. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was older but still young like not old and I think she had dreads. I can’t remember exactly but she was really sweet and cared!
Easy parking, friendly welcome. Food was good, coffee was nice
