I’ve been a customer since they were still in El Mercado plaza on Broadway/Wilmot. The diverse selection of recipes make for very difficult decisions, but an order of the Vietnamese Crispy Rolls is always a good way to kick things off. If fried rolls aren’t your thing, opt for the Fresh Summer Rolls. The Chicken on Stick with peanut sauce is also a must. The Lemongrass Spicy Chicken has a most amazing flavor, a subtle smoky char-grilled taste. If you like noodles, you’ll want to try the Bun (rice vermicelli) or the soft egg noodles. And then of course, their soups. Pho, Hue Spicy Beef, Mi, or Hu Tieu, everything I’ve tried delicious. I'll often get a small bowl of Pho so I don't have to choose between soup and another main. If you don’t know this place, check it out. You’ll see how hard it is to decide what to order, but you won’t be disappointed with the result.

Not bad food. Reasonable price than most places. The pho broth is good. Idk why they charge extra for green onion. Like green onion on bowl of pho is almost non existent

shrimp w/garlic, wanton soup, egg rolls, dumplings, Vietnamese coffee and fried bananas. Very nice meal and reasonably priced. 👍

The pho my husband and I had was delicious, the broth was so flavorful. The service was great and I was very happy they had some low carb options on the menu.

We’ve been eating at Ha Long Bay for several years. The pho broth is outstanding….can not be beat in Tucson…so the pho is the best in town.
Pho takeout is well packaged so you can reheat the broth and assemble at home. Takeout fresh herbs, lime can be generous or not depending on the day.
Other dishes are solid, but honestly all are better in the dining room instead of takeout - true for any restaurant, really. Lemongrass chicken is fabulous. Garlic shrimp is another favorite.
Service can be up and down, depending on crowd and staffing. Owners and staff do their best, though you can hear yelling from time to time from the kitchen.

Awesome Pho! I eat a lot of Pho and this place has authentic Pho! Brewed daily, not a mix like some places. Fresh bean sprouts, great Vietnamese Iced coffee. Try the wonton soup!

Amazing flavor!! I had the pho beef rice noodle. Everything was fresh! I have celiac and the staff informed that almost everything can be made gluten free. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the food that the kitchen prepared.I will definitely frequent this restaurant. So yummy !!!!
