Signature Grill

Every year for my birthday I take myself out to a nice lunch alone. Since I had been to this restaurant and bar several times over the last few months, I went back today. My go to is the Ahi Tuna Tostadas. Fresh and cut perfectly. It’s not a tartar, it’s full chunks of tuna! (I should have taken a photo.) I sat at the bar and Ari was amazing! She not only made recommendations for cocktails but she also checked on me frequently and was so friendly! My food came out timely and was so delicious! The bar area is quiet and since it was a Friday afternoon, there was not a lot of people there. It’s really pretty at night too when the stars are out. The staff brought me out this birthday dessert but since I was so full, I was only able to eat the cheesecake! Thank you all for a great experience!

Came for an event in the banquet area. Gabby was our server and she was fantastic! She was attentive and friendly. The service was outstanding. Lizeth was our go to bartender. She easily made the best drinks. Our whole table loved her! She was engaging and fun even when she was working fast to get the line of people taken care of.

Terrific place with indoors and outdoors dining. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner here. For breakfasts there are continental and full buffer plus a la carte menu (a la carte was served reasonably fast). Dinners were delicious though portions were on the larger side. Tables are standing far enough from each other, this helps with the atmosphere. Resort hosts a lot of families, so they have children buffet at dinner time, which was pretty popular.

Fabulous property with breathtaking views. Large funky outdoor patio with firebowls and lots of seating. We ate an amazing dinner at the Signature Grill's bar. Braised short ribs and a tender sirloin steak with smooth local red house wine. We were visiting from B.C, Canada but will visit definately visit again.
