My husband brought me to Primo for our first anniversary. He had the lamb, I had the sea bass. Our food was delicious. We ordered dessert and they decorated our plate with hearts and the words "Happy 1st Anniversary". We had a small issue but they were quick to fix it and humble in their apology. The entire staff is warm, welcoming and attentive. The cannoli and zeppole were the perfect desserts. Definitely give Primo a try. We created great memories and the staff helped make that possible. Thank you Jose and Katie.

Lovely spot for “date night”. Pricy. Nice wine list. (Ask for their reserve wine listing). I had the aged sirloin which was tough. My wife had the sea bass which was wonderful. Word is they are closing and Marriott has a new operator coming in. Once the weather is cooler I would suggest dining on the patio.

The best place to go at JW Marriott Starr Pass hands down. The Chef's whim is always a hit, the staff are knowledgeable and make great recommendations (Cerbi is the bomb!) and the food /wine list is awesome. Locals from the area make it a point to dine there. Dress is resort casual, shorts and Polo/Button down for men. Shorts, tank/romper and sandals are fine for women. There is a great happy hour, don't miss it to get evening started! P. S. the cannoli is the best 😋😋😋

No longer called Primos. The new restaurant and chef present themselves well. Food offerings and quality were very good. Service was excellent but not overbearing. Will return.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever dined. Spectacular view and great service! You’ll have to wait a while but it’s totally worth it. Blake was our server who just moved to Tucson from Hawaii. Perfect ambient for a private celebration or date!

Tried calling for days to set up reservation nobody answered the landline. Showed up on my anniversary night in hope i could walk in. Manager was so kind that made it possible for my wife and I to have dinner and even gave us a complimentary starter dish for the inconvenience. Top notch customer service, our server was amazing, food was great. Highly recommend

We chose Primo to celebrate our first anniversary. The ambience is romantic, warm, and relaxing. The view is beautiful. My husband ordered the lamb. It was cooked and seasoned well. I ordered the Chilean sea bass and it was cooked perfectly. I ordered one of their signature cocktails; Prosecco with lavender and lemon. It was delicious. We had a small issue but they were quick to fix it and humble in their apology. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. Our desserts came on a plate decorated with hearts and the words "Happy 1st Anniversay". Our first visit to Primo was wonderful and we will definitely be back.

Our server Nick was delightful! We did a whiskey flight for my husband as an anniversary gift. Nick was knowledgeable, and the whiskey was top notch! Shout out to the beverage manager for graciously accommodating our request, and for the resort operator (I can't remember her name) who took the time to help orchestrate my gift! You made our anniversary special! Thank you!

I love this place. Great food, sat on the patio. My server, Kirby, was very kind. I told her I wanted a glass of Bourbon, then a deep red glass of wine and a baked crock of their meatballs. She executed flawlessly! Thank you Kirby! Patio was the perfect temp and the music drifting over from the bar was lovely. A very nice night indeed!!
