Big fan of this place for the combo Chinese and Japanese food. Both done right and close enough for the area. Many of the local Chinese food places are not good at all but this one hits the spot. The wife is a fan of the sushi and will be back for sure. Definitely one of our favorites and well worth the takeout because all the delivery Chinese food is doodoo.
It’s a nice atmosphere, good service, prompt food preparation, and delicious food. They’re a little pricey but not out of the ballpark for the area. I’ve enjoyed lunch and dinner there with family and friends.
Very excited to write this post, as I have been searching for good noodles ever since we left NYC! Thankfully, we just discovered this treasure! We ordered lo mein and spicy udon noodles- both were amazing. The flavors were powerful, and everything was very fresh. We have been thinking about it ever since, can't wait to return! Thank you Mici!!!
Really great tasting sushi and good quality fish. No wait and friendly staff. Perfect local spot!
Wanted to try and new Asian food restaurant and decided to give Mici Asian Bistro a try. I only got take out and didn’t dine in but the atmosphere seemed very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. The sushi bar looked good and the place was clean and neat. I ordered the tangerine beef and it was pretty good. The quality was good and the portion was a good amount. I would go back again
Delicious food-lots of variety-& friendly, attentive servers!! If I liked sushi, this would be my go to place!
This is our local favorite restaurant in the Trumbull area. We visit usually every Friday night for either a Chinese or Japanese meal depending on the feeling. The restaurant is locatedinthe Long Hill section of Trumbull in a newly renovated building. Upon entry you are greeted by the hostess and the always happy sushi chefs. There are 5 seats at the sushi bar if you choose to watch your meal being prepared or there or numerous tables and booths. Therr is a bar located as well with seating for 6 and includes a TV for those wanting to watch your sports game. Our goto for appetizers is the sushi pizza. If you enjoy sushi this is a must try you will be a believer. If sushi is your choice the rolls are professionally prepared and the presentation is as good as the rolls taste. On a cold night I would suggest the got and sour soup, tastefully seasoned and not overly salty.
Next time you are looking for a good meal with excellent service stop by for a drink and sampling of their Asian fusion cuisine.
