They claim their system shuts down automatically at 9 when you are in the drive-thru and ordered your last item. (They took all four of our orders and then stated their system automatically shuts down at 9.) Also, need to update their drive-thru menu so you can know what flavors they have since they refuse to tell you what they have. Very bad customer service.

Baskin-Robbins was out of my favorite flavor, Black Walnut, so had to get a substitute. I live 1 hour away so it was disappointing not to get my hearts desire. But they do carry it, just not on the day I visited. I will call next time before my cravings to make sure my flavor is available.

Great service, there doughnuts are really fresh almost every time I go there, try the praline and cream, and there strawberry cheesecake its fantastic.

Always out of everything, rude employees that clearly don't want to serve you and their favorite thing to do is close the store early.

The customer service is horrible, it takes forever to get your order in drive thru and to put the icing on the cake they have the nerve to close early so they can go home, I will never stop at this location again, the corporate office needs to investigate this.

Fantastic. Clean, nice location and very helpful workers. Enjoyed it so much. Not only Baskin Robbins...now it has Dunkin Donuts in there. Still good.

Always closed well before posted closing time. Workers will see customers in drive thru line and still close down the store early and leave without notifying customers that they are closing. Having people just wait in the drive thru line till they gut frustrated enough to pull up to the window just to see a now dark store.

The girl that worked there was super nice and patient. She was helpful as well. The prices are ok but the ice cream was great. I liked all the different flavors to choose from. I loved the pink chairs and fun pink colors throughout the store.
