Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is my go-to location. They’re fast and friendly. Parking isn’t the best, they are located at the end of the strip. If you have a big truck, it’s best to just go around the entire strip than to try to fit it through the very narrow driving area. Obviously, there are those dufuses that actually DO drive their massive 250-350 in and out that end, so that's something you may or may not have to deal with when going to this Chipotle location. Staff is very polite and efficient. The food is great too.

Trying Chipotle for first time. I got to the store about 8:55pm and since i didn't want to spend too much time just staring at the menu displayed in the back. I downloaded the app, sign up and start ordering. Whenever I place my order just took 10 min to be done, since i was outside already walk in and as promised my order was ready without hassle. Love the easy way to order online and just pick your order without having to get in line. The cauliflower rice is really good. Happy to give them a chance. A little bit pricey for the portions. They still get my recommendation for people who hasn't tried yet. Customer service is great 😉 the establishment and tables looked clean and with the proper social distancing signaled.

Made a first time online order, 2 adult meals and 3 kids meals. Here is the bad: There is a lack in communication from the customer to the cook - service and it seems everyone else in between. Our orders were half wrong and missing food items, our kids orders were missing the fruits and the drinks. Check your fruit and vegetables..leaving them in small plastic containers causes them to spoil quicker. The Good: Customer service was alright, I was told they ran out of juice and did not know what to substitute it with, then gave me 3 tangerines in return (2 of them were rotten) she tried and it's not her fault but the managers in all honesty. I didn't mention the missing food from our orders..they were quite busy and I wasn't trying to make a bigger scene out of it. The food tastes pretty good, it's seasoned well. However I will not be returning to this location.

Love the food, not the workers so much. You pay extra for the quazo(? Don't know how to spell it) cheese. And they don't give you the whole ladle full. Then when it has thickened and won't come out of the ladle, they want to charge twice. And also lately the chicken had been overcooked and dry. Stir it people, put some juice in it.. And I get the brown rice, some of the grains are hard like they haven't been cooked. I was coming here 4 times a week. Once last week. Kinda loosing it's appeal.

My order was not right. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I got steak. I tried calling but I couldn't get a representative. No live person. They would have to send me an email and filling out my problem and send it to their help section. Which they may or may not let back with me. They want $ 15 an hour and they cannot even get an order right.
